The ride chasers were definitely needed. Earlier Raven had actually trekked the highway for scouting, but this time they needed to get there ASAP, so he couldn't take his time like before. The other one Merro was to accompany him and head for the monument as an advance force to get a first word on the situation. Though it appears their party came just in time. It looks like the area around the monument was about to become a battle zone with all the artillery and hostile mechaniloids now appearing, four large artillery mechs, and a small army of smaller ones coming from a warship now appearing. He recognized the division it belonged to, Storm Owl's. With one buster out, Raven started firing at the passing flying mechaniloids, taking a couple down before jumping a few more obstacles along the highway.

"If they were waiting for us, then let's not disappoint", he responded to Merro. As he was saying that, he moved his head to the side as he noticed buster fire from behind. Merro sped on ahead and cloaked as she entered the main part of the city, on the other hand, Raven near the edge of the city skid his ride chaser sideways, letting him turn and face the pursuers... Only small mechs with small arms fire. Perfect. The ride chaser skid to a halt, with Raven raising his leg over it, letting him get off without having to move from his spot, pulling out his twin busters.

"Showtime", he smirked. The small arms fire wasn't able to hit him at all, his body moved in unnatural and fast positions each one letting him fire from both busters, and within moments the several small mechs were shot down.

"Alright... Time to get to that monument", and with that he darted off. The large artillery mechs were going to be a little out of the way, but at the very least he should be able to examine the situations around them, so he headed to the nearest one.

Equipment
Twin Chain Sickles: Samael wields twin chain sickles, hidden under his sleeves. They extend out for a dozen meters each side, and he is able to use it to swing around and travel around the battlefield quickly. It appears to not just be a hidden weapons thing, but it also seems to have retraction power, allowing him to fling himself at high speeds. Notably for 'assassinations', he's able to hook his sickle onto the target and pull himself towards them and slash them with the other sickle.

Personality:
Unpredictable is how one would usually describe it. Quick to run from the first sign of danger, but also quick to jump at the first sign of an advantage, an opportunist by nature, but also one who indulges himself. He's a coward, and he understands that, so he runs quite easily and quite quickly, but on the other hand he wants to absolutely rip those who are hostile to him to shreds. When he has the opponent under his heel, he rarely kills them outright, often venting his frustration of being forced to run on them before ending them. Normally and outside of a combat scenario, he appears to be quite pleasant.

History: Born to the rough side of London was an orphan who would run from every encounter he had with some of the bullies, who made fun of him for it, and made fun of him for what he liked to do, which was sew. Evidently that made him a little more popular with the girls at the orphanage later. For the rough early stages he would run and run, and eventually he got sick of it so he began to use his skills and knowledge to set the bullies up into some of the most brutal traps or pranks. They eventually got adopted before him, leaving him to the orphanage. In the later years he was a kind of big brother figure for the orphanage's children, and only became adopted once he turned 14. He at some point helped out a small job, regarding the Vongola Family within London, and near them they took notice that he had potential, so he was adopted.

Years went on, he still went back to the orphanage to help, but he worked for the Vongola Family now as a very young member, but he distinguished himself as a talented strategist. He wasn't the best fighter, hell he ran at first sight of an enemy that could give trouble, but he was incredibly good at picking his fights.

He was sent to Japan involuntarily however, which would explain why he was forced to study Japanese for the last few years... He was told that there would be someone important to the Vongola there, and honestly he didn't really care, it just sounded like a vacation to him.

Other: Samael enjoys sewing, drinks his tea with milk, and dislikes coffee. His preference for food is savoury foods, but will occasionally defer to sweets. He also bakes, and is pretty good at it.

He's a horrible musician though. Somehow everything he plays turns out incredibly haunting that it has reportedly inflicted insomnia on those who have heard it for fear of 'something is coming'. That said he prefers the violin.

Had it been anyone else, getting through the vault with this opportunity would not have been possible. The door closed shut behind him as he with his Semblance, easily slipped past. As the door shut behind him he communicated with the rest of the team.

"I'm in, or at least I think so", he began, as he started to walk towards the table, looking around. Filing cabinets everywhere... This had to be some kind of room for records and accounting. He stood by the table and picked up one of the papers... These documents were all nothing but little statistics, but they had the White Fang symbol on them. That was strange... Why would they need to put the White Fang symbol on things such as trivial as a record for how much they earned in a night?

"I have some documents, they have the White Fang symbol on it", as he was saying this, he grabbed two sheets, the ones that he at a glance found as most important, and folded them away into his coat before turning for the door.

"I'm on my way out", he finished. He was hoping this feeling of danger was only his imagination, but he kept his hand near his blade, in case it was not.

"W-w-what?! In this- Get me outta this thing! Come on there can't be ghosts! There are no ghosts... They're... Stands. Yes! Stands, no, no no no ghosts ahahahahahaa, ghosts, that's silly, stands, right? Right?", he retorted in a panic while scrambling around as if trying to get something out of the back of his shirt, even though he had a sort of hazmat suit on. No on responded to him understandably.

"I-I mean, seriously, ghosts don't exist. They're stands- AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!",

He..lp... me... it... hu....rt...s sooo mu....chhhh......

Immediately out of instinct Valerius shrieked and jumped behind Ana as if hiding from the source of the sound, hugging at her back. She immediately put the thing down, but a horrifying event transpired, with spiders bursting forth, along with an eight eyed head. As things continued on, more of the same things with variations began to appear...

"Well, these aren't ghosts", he stated, pulling out a single lightsaber. The blade of pure energy extended from the handle as he suddenly stood strong again. He changed his demeanour rather quickly, as he stood his ground ready to strike down these mutations. They weren't ghosts, the spiders were creepy, but they weren't ghosts, he can hit them, they're not dead yet, he should be okay... For now.

"Yoooo, glad you all could come, The XZ Monument will be today's attraction, now if you would all look to your left you'll see the scenery, really, really boring city scenery... It's kinda empty around here", he said as he greeted the team that had arrived. He seemed to be more liberal than other reploids, it was unusual, maybe it was a scout thing? Probably not. Most don't remember scouts being this mouthy.

"Oh by the way, name's Raven. Scout. Things look ready to get a little wild around the monument. I spotted an armor though, didn't look like any of ours. Kinda irks me I lost track of it though, so should probably watch out for that... Well anyways, crowd looks crazy, what's your plan on convincing them that message wasn't real?", he asked. The area around them was a somewhat isolated area of F City. You can hear the crowds in the distance in the direction of the monument. Place was in flames in some areas too... Despite all this though, Raven kept on a positive smile, which in a time like this was a little out of place. In any case, his hands were close to his busters, in case something jumped at them.

With the concentrated attack of Kill Rush, Agi and Garu, the spider was forced to back away while Kami moved in to form the front line and used Mazio to thin out the spiders again as another small stream came in. The spider seemed to be weak to the Agi though, but at the same time the fire was burning away bits of the web. The Maragi from earlier made the web floor a little more buoyant, but the area around where the Agi hit, was starting to clearly burn away. This wasn't a good thing for the spiders either, the webbing began to spread again. The larger spider was furiously working on it as the smaller ones tried to keep the team at bay.

"Your attack forced it back, but my Persona indicates that it took almost no damage... Maybe try burning away the web that supports it?", that sounds like a pain... And a tricky fight too. Their attacks did no damage, but it seems to be frantic about keeping the web intact...

"Alright... Matthew, burn the ground it stands upon. Me and everyone else cover him", Rui stated.
