Doesn't look like they were most helpful, but they did learn of a detour. He was actually surprised none of these survivors had medical skills. Still, with Priscilla patched up now that wasn't too much a problem. The detour presented was a lift that led straight up. That means however that they needed to jump start the generators and get the power on again before they can use the lift. As he thought before, there was possible threat the moment the generators started up and the lights came on...

"Alright, we'll get moving there. I will be the one to get the generators going again to turn on the power, I move fast enough alone to do this. The rest of you will hold position on the elevator itself", that was his plan. It was sound, and simple, so it should be easy to execute. It all came down to Jack whether or not he was actually fast enough, but even then he should be able to easily outrun whatever was in here.

"When we're all set we get moving", he said.

I wouldn't heavily enforce it either since it is trivial, but I would make the suggestion to them if they haven't. Plus, it's actually a good thing to get into the habit of doing research for naming too, you can find some parallels and new ideas for your character along the way that can give the name a much deeper meaning than it being what they're called.

It also has to make one think of a colour. Honestly I get you, "it can't be that perfect, right?"

Probably, but I don't see any reason to think about it. It's not like we can change it or anything.

Nora's name and colour comes from a flower, the Nora Barlow Columbine flower. Neptune's colour comes from the planet Neptune, which is blue with other hues.

No one said names couldn't have more than one meaning behind it.

Also the qualification for the naming rule is just it has to be any kind of colour, whether or not that colour is imaginable is another thing entirely, as long as it qualifies as a colour. That's why Ooblec counts.

Part of the naming rule is that the name also needs to make one think of a colour. Sun Wukong makes you think of yellow and monkeys. Sun monkeys. I don't think it goes against the ruling as a result.

And Phantom you speculated on joining for so long that the cutoff ended by the time you decided and now you just don't want to admit you messed up. You mention a year of GMing a RWBY RP in an attempt to appeal to experience, to make yourself desireable, you say your reasons for not applying are "extensive", as an attempt to suggest we're doing something wrong, but you don't mention anything because you don't have anything solid, or are just bluffing.

Take this from someone with several years of experiencing RPing, half of that as a GM. Many times have I actually done things similar to what you're doing now in the past.

When you join an RP, fall in line. If you don't like how the GM has set things out, you simply leave and don't look back. If you have anything you think might improve the RP... Send the GM a PM instead of bringing it up in OOC.

"Kazuki? What are you doing here?", Tadao turned to ask as the boy stepped into the ward. He was alone, then again this dungeon presented no danger beyond an uncanny presence that seemed to linger throughout the halls.

"I'm here to act as your navigator. I got bored sitting back, so I decided to do you all a favor", Tadao was silent.

"Besides, the sooner we can finish all of this, the better, right?", it wasn't known to anyone here except Tadao that Kazuki's Persona had navigational abilities, but only in close proximity to himself, unlike Megumi and Ayano, who could use it from relatively safe positions outside of the dungeons.

"I suppose... Very well Kazuki, if that is your wish then I will accept", Tadao gave in. Everyone here had about rested up and calmed their nerves enough, or should have.

"Alright you lot, we're going to get moving", Kazuki seemed to make himself leader pretty much as of this point without any official announcement. Still, if they could get out of this place sooner, the better.

They stepped through the doors, and entered basically a hallway of swirling darkness. It appended into a regular hallway just several steps through, but as they walked down this hallway, the darkness behind them would creep along the walls, first forming the familiar marks and graffiti on the wall from the rest of the dungeon, and turning into legible writing. "They killed him", "it was their fault", "they deserve to die", as everyone read these messages their walk through this hallway became more and more unsettling, until finally they reached a set of double doors swung open. It was an auditorium, decrepit, chairs destroyed, dusty, and one spotlight highlighting two identical figures, a boy and their shadow. Beside them were two mannequins, blank save for the kanji for "father" and "mother" on each one.
