The last Survivors

In game Description

The convoy has been running for a few months now, Supplies are scarce, Trust worthy people are even more scarce. The only ones you can trust are the ones you can call family. Even though your family from before the war may have passed these people in the convoy represent the closest thing anyone can have nowadays.

The infected rose from the grave in just a few moments, it's hard to say how long it took for them to kill everyone but some people are still alive. You are in a traveling convoy of vehicles that as long as they keep moving the infected should not be able to get to you. But it must stop from time and time again, The convoy must stop to refuel, to gather supplies, to rest. This gets hard at times, if the convoy runs out of gas not everyone is able to fend for them selves, Kids, old, the sick. Your job as one of the healthy is to keep the convoy going until somewhere safe has been found... if one is found.

The infected are extremely contagious, A bite can turn you, blood contact can turn you, sometimes scratches, even breathing too close to there rotting flesh can make you sick. They have poor eyesight, this does not mean they can not see you, this means it is just harder. This is the same way with most their senses. But they are fast, they are determined, they are hungry. Outrunning them on foot is not an option, you must either fight, or find something to put between you and them. That gets hard though when everything has been cleared out or destroyed.

Everyone that can work has a job, Those who can't work are taken care of until they can work, or until somewhere safe can be found. Jobs include Soldiers, Drivers, Medical staff, Caretakers, Scavengers, Engineers/Mechanics, and officers. Other more specific jobs may be available. A person may have more then one job, especially if the jobs overlap in anyway.

This is another zombie RP I am running, These are the RPs that I think I do best at. This could be for a lot of reasons, Too much experience (Or at least what qualifies for zombie experience), Could be obsession, could be extreme interest, we may never know. Point is I love the Genre and the RPs and games (Most of them) That go with it.

This RP though is a bit different then what I have done before, before all the survivors were all split up and forced to join, this time all the survivors are going to start in the Convoy and a basic plot I already going to be set in motion for the survivors to deal with. The thing is for this to work we need more people to have the RP get going.

I am not a strict GM, The few rules I have will mostly be under common sense for RP. Don't be an OOC jerk, IC it's a bit more acceptable because it's RP and such. Don't control someone else characters, it's just annoying. And please no God modding, this is not COD or Any other game were we are one man (or woman) armies able to destroy everything in our paths, in fact it's the opposite, too much contact with or near the infected could get you killed just by doing everyday activities or trying to fight them by hand.

Hank wasn't sure what to do, He was not able to kill the vampire that turned him, and he was unable to do his job. Both of those were unacceptable in his book. This vampire was making a fool of him! He could go back to basic vampire hunting, he could try to track down this vampire on his own, or he could go to SOLDIER and try to explain to them what happened.

He started working his way to the rendezvous point, all he could do now was hope that someone knew who he was, and that no one asked how Mithias got away. Though if they did it wouldn't be the first time Hank had to cover up something he did.

Appearance (May be picture or written description): Hunter is a man with a reasonable build, he has long dark hair and dark eyes to match. He has decent strength to him but will use what combat skills he has to defend himself. He wears camouflage cargo pants with a T-shirt mainly. At times he will wear a jacket depending on the weather and a satchel holding misalliances supplies. He tends to wear different types of hats, but has a tendency to lose said hats. So they will change all the time.

Former occupation: Hunter worked in a grocery store for several years, though he did have some experience as an electrical Engineer beforehand.

Current Job(s): Hunter now works as an Officer, Scavenger, Soldier, but can be applied as an engineer.

Weapons of choice: 12 gauge Pump action or M4A1, M1911 Handgun, and a hatchet.

Gear of choice: Gas mask, Satchel, Flares or flare gun, Lighter, Small amount of copper wire.

Personal Items (if applicable): His personal items are not much, but he keeps a picture of his family tucked into his old wallet.

Bio:
When things started to go bad Hunter looted the store he worked at and loaded the supplies into his truck, he didn't make it far before he got into a car accident and was forced to walk. When he finally got to his parents home he spent weeks looking for them and the rest of his family, He found some of them but they were already dead. He also learned just how infectious the Virus was. When he found a working gas mask he refused to take it off unless he was in an isolated place with locked doors on all sides.

After a few weeks of traveling he came across some people who took him in. A few more people later and a small convoy was being formed. Now he acts as one of the officers who helps keep the convoy running. He will do anything and everything to try and pull his own weight.

Other: Hunter has picked up a collection of skills over the last few months, things including shooting, hand to hand, and how to "Pick a lock" Which normally involves destroying the door until it's open.

Monroe saw the tank take aim on Scott, He ran with all the power he could on his injured leg. He got there just in time to yank Scott out of the spray of the machine gun fire littered the place he was once at. He would hold Scott to his eyes. "If someone is aiming a gun at you, especially if it's one bigger then yours, move." He let go and ran to the side of the tank, they had to disable it somehow before it caused too much damage. Monroe would look to Scott and Damian. "Hey! I need a hand with this thing, we need to stop it before we get wiped out here!"

Hunter looked at the bat in his hands. Then back to Alfie. "No, no baseball today... In fact, may be better to stay inside today. Things are getting.... Intense recently." Hunter walked back in, things were getting bad and if something wasn't done things were going to go wrong. using his power could lead to a lot of unwanted attention, but getting into a fight at all could do that. He started running around for the housekeeper.

Hunter ran into the gym with his bat still in hands. He walked over to the house keeper and got close. "we need to talk, in private. It's bad." he held the burnt bat like his life depended on it, he tried to hide the worry in his face. But he was a bit scared, legally he can't do much, legally he was dead. Physically he may do too much, he wasn't ready for that again. "Away from the kids would be best." Hunter walked back to the door to the gym.
