I don't get mah mainland territory? rip.

...Err, oops. Fixing that, too.
@Taeryn @AltRightHero

Would this be what you wanted?

EDIT: Actually, whoever that nation JUST east of the big yellow blob is really hard to see. I may go change that.

@POOHEAD189 You previously were making a civilization in the mountains. I had to redistribute that land or else leave it blank for the time being. That's what I was talking about when I mentioned the mountains earlier.

I'm going to let Willy, if Willy approves of my mapping style, tell me where he wants the lines drawn for your nation, and I'll add them in.
@Willy Vereb

Okay, here we go.

A few notes:

1. There are four "layers" on this map, one of which I haven't used. The Background is layer 1, and it's the map itself. Layer 2 is Lines, which is... Well, what you expect. Layer 3 is Territory, which is where I shade in the territory owned in Lines by copying Lines and making Territory mostly transparent. Finally, the top layer is Numbers. With the Numbers layer, I can put text (numbers) on the map and then we can have a reference sheet below the image itself that indicates what numbers correspond with what nations.

Note that both Lines and Territory are transparent to some degree. This should make it easier to see the rivers on the map. However, it also makes the lines look fuzzy when they in fact are not.

I added @GreivousKhan and [@Nexerus] to the map. I adjusted the borders of the nations that took over @POOHEAD189's former mountain range, diving it not-quite-evenly between them.

I can upload this map to Drop Box if necessary, or I can simply load the PNGs to IMGUR.

Did I forget to add anyone? Besides Poohead I mean. I have NOT added myself yet.
@Taeryn Is there a color besides dark red you want? I'm going to put in a temporary color, and if you disapprove of it feel free to request a different one. Just... We have lots of reds.

ALMOST done here.
<Snipped quote by Shorticus>To be honest that involves redrawing the borders of 3-4 other players so I'd rather leave it for later after you done the demonstration piece.

Sure thing!
Oh,

@Willy Vereb Could you post a link with the lines you want for Poohead's new nation borders? I'll add them to the map, subtracting them from the red and gold areas we already have in that region. I'll already removed his old nation borders in the mountains and split that between the two nations formerly surrounding it.
<Snipped quote by Shorticus>I haven't changed anything on the map since then. Also the original map was made in JPG format. blame the author.

Fair enough, that.

I'm creating the Lines layer ATM, after which I'll create the Territory layer which will be transparent. I may put the Lines layer slightly transparent so that hopefully rivers will be visible.

I'm redrawing a lot of the lines since they're muddy due to being in JPG format. I could use the Magic Wand tool to grab all the things of the same color, but a lot of people have similar colors. We've got a LOT of red on the map, for instance. That limits what colors I can drag from the Foreground layer (which will later be deleted) onto the Lines layer without picking up unwanted baggage.

I'm making good progress, though. Expect something soon, and I don't mean in Valve time. 1-2 hours at most.

Actually, due to the obscenely high infant and child mortality rate among ayels their mother (since no ayel knows their father) gives them a shorter, temporary name if they manage to make it past infancy and if an ayel makes it to adulthood they choose their own name.

Huh, that's really cool. I guess that's another odd cultural similarity between Zaqir and Yossod (well, Zaqir and the Ayels), even if it's an epithet for saurians.

Noted

Shall be saving all future map stuff as .txt instead
