In Depth Appearance:

Spoons isn’t particularly attractive, but he does have some mesmerizing qualities. Skin neither pale nor tan, Spoons’ ethnicity falls into “average-white guy” and he doesn’t try to deny it either; his skin is covered in multiple beauty marks and small moles, notably on his neck and a distinctive one above his lip. Everything about him seems to be a bit average – his face isn’t narrow or wide, but a good in between, his nose is neither big nor small, but average. Spoon’s eyes have a certain tired quality to them and he often has strong bags underneath them, accentuating his nice cheek bones. He isn’t particularly tall or short, but rather is 5’11” and has a nice, healthy body though it isn’t that of a bodybuilder. When it comes to clothes, Spoons keeps a beanie covering his black hair usually and likes to dress in dark long-sleeved shirts and black jeans. The only accessories to be seen on him is the occasional necklace and some wristbands. Around his ankle, he wears a shark-tooth ankle-bracelet, but he doesn’t show it off and it’s usually hidden by his timberlands.

Personality:

If there is ever an argument for legalization of marijuana, Spoons is it. The poor guy is a walking, talking ball of restless nerves and insurmountable stress. The main reason is that after moving in with his grandparents, Spoons was put under a lot of pressure, and has had developed anxiety because of it. While he doesn’t have much social anxiety, and is typically fine in social situations (except for a certain amount of coldness), Spoons is hopelessly neurotic about school work and becomes anxious over grades and his future. Certain situations can stress Spoons out easily – school, people’s expectations, and busy schedules. Because of his anxiety, Spoons has become an insomniac and spends most of his nights jiggling his leg in his bed while staring on the ceiling.

It is probably due to this lack of sleep that Spoons happens to be as hot-headed and easily-irritated as he is. He comes off as unfriendly most of the time because Spoons has a very low-tolerance for annoyances – if there is anything that taints his record beyond saving, it’s his penchant for school fights. Spoons has even punched a kid over tapping their pen too many times – of course, he warned them first. His fuse runs short and anything done incessantly will grate on his nerves rather quickly. Spoons isn’t seen as the nicest person around – he makes no effort to extend pleasantries to strangers and rather wary of them, and added with his rather volatile nature, he doesn’t have the best reputation amongst fellow students. Spoons doesn’t trust other people easily and he’s more likely to brush people off than to indulge small talk with them. It doesn’t help anything that he’s very blunt and always speaks his true thoughts and feelings, never really holding anything back no matter how much he pities someone.

On another subject, Spoons has a one-track mind (and sucks at multi-tasking, but that’s another story). When he has a goal, he is single-minded in reaching the goal and has amazing discipline when it comes to focus. If he is studying or working at something, Spoons is rather hard to distract or deter (but if someone happens to distract him, he will probably punch them in the throat). On the same vein, when Spoons has made up his mind on something else, no one will be able to talk him out of it – even if it was the worst idea ever, Spoons will go full speed ahead.

Of course, Spoons isn’t all work and no play. For the people that he does let close, Spoons can be playful towards – though most of his humor is rather deprecating and insulting, but he means it in the best way – and Spoons is even very fond of pranks. A trickster at heart, and a creative human being, Spoons uses pranks as a creative outlet for his stress – and to passive aggressively get back at people. When it comes to caring about people, Spoons rather show his affection through actions rather than words – if someone says they are thirsty, he’ll give them water and tell them to stop complaining; if someone is sick, he’ll throw bottled medicine at their heads; if someone just went through a bad breakup, he’d tell them they are stupid for dating such an asshole and that they can do better.

Background:

Oliver “Spoons” Deadman’s parents are dead men. Not a joke, unfortunately. Spoons was adopted by two gay men when he was 3 years old and when he was fifteen, they died in a car crash. It hurts to think seriously about it, for Spoons, so he prefers to make light of their death – after all, his last name is just begging for puns. After his parents died, Spoons moved in with his rather strict – and very disapproving of the “alternative lifestyle” – grandma. Her husband had died at a young age and to cope with it, she bought a million cats (technically, thirteen) and started yelling at neighborhood kids to stay off her lawn. At first, his grandma was very reluctant to take in Spoons, but he eventually grew on him. She was homophobic, uncouth, and an angry woman, and while Spoons didn’t like her as a person, he loved her as his grandmother.

Barbara Deadman, Spoons’ grandmother, had always wished for her son to make something of himself – not end up becoming a teacher and having a child with another man – and so she often pressured Spoons to do well in school. It came to the point where he wouldn’t be allowed to have electronics unless it was the weekend (and even then, it was only for two hours), he couldn’t have friends over, and when he wasn’t doing homework, he was studying his ass off. Because he didn’t have much to occupy himself, Spoons stole some cards from a general store and started playing with them in his room in between study sessions. He became so good at it, people started to refer to him as “Spoons” and now nobody really remembers his name all that much. When Spoons went to college and majored in literature rather than the medical path his grandma wanted him to go down, she basically disowned him and he had to make his own ends meet.

There wasn’t any particular reason why Spoons decided to join the Real World, rather it was a joke for him and he didn’t think he’d seriously get in, especially with how cold and standoffish he is. But, for one reason or another, Spoons seemed to have made an impression on the interviewers despite his cynical and half-assed responses, and he was accepted. There wasn’t any joy when he got accepted, but rather some boisterous laughter from his poker buddies and a sense of dread and anxiety in his stomach.

Lily stands at a decent 5 feet and 8.5 inches and weighs about 134 lbs. She creates the impression of that geeky girl who doesn't really care about her appearance, but in reality she actually really, really cares about it. Very rarely is she without any makeup of some sort. Most people she has known in her adult life have never seen her without foundation and some winged eyeliner. She does have a tattoo of a Super Mario mushroom on her right shoulder, and the tri-force from The Legend of Zelda on her left ankle, signifying her love for all things video games. She does have her ears pierced every once and a while. Currently, they are not. Once every two years she does get her nose pierced though, and this year she is due for it.

Personality:

A bubbly individual is something that sums Lily up in a superficial view quite well. She's full of energy, but not in the conventional way that most people might think. She excretes this geeky energy that can either be super adorable or just straight up intolerable. However though, most people don't know that she is actually quite adventurous and has a knack for taking on challenges most people wouldn't expect her to take on.

Lily does have a tendency to be clingy, though. Everyone says that before one should love someone else, they should love themselves first. Lily skipped that love herself part. For someone like her, it's hard for her to find solace in loving herself. She doesn't see reasons to love herself, so instead she has to find it in people to compensate for it. However though, as a result of her clingy tendencies, she becomes a very sweet person and easy to talk to. Getting into that soul of hers though, is another story.

Background:

Lily was born in Hong Kong to Marcus and Paula Amelio-Wong, one being an American businessman and the other a Chinese translator. A couple years later she was joined by her younger sister, Winnie, who wasn't born in Hong Kong. Growing up, her parents instilled the notion that she HAD to do well in life no matter what. It didn't matter what she did, just as long as she was successful. They also believed in a very liberal definition of successful, which was very unorthodox considering her heritage and its history of parents projecting on their children and forcing them to fit into their mold of success. That wasn't how Lily and Winnie Amelio-Wong were going to be raised.

Moving to Boston at the age of 3, Lily had a slight advantage compared to her peers because of her ability to speak both Cantonese Chinese and English at a very adept level relative to her age. But, she had an unusual set of interests compared to the rest of her peers. Lily took a liking to video games and other geeky things like that, which weren't like her peers that were really into baseball and whatnot. But that didn't matter much to Lily. She found herself a set of friends that stuck with her throughout her schooling career and hadn't really deviated from it. She still keeps in contact with them to this day. Ultimately, she ended up graduating from high school with a 4.0 GPA and an acceptance to the University of Miami.

At the University of Miami, she met a group of individuals just like her, including a couple of people that had her interest romantically. She had stints with them that lasted a few months, before they mutually agreed to downgrade their relationship back to being just friends. They never spoke again after she graduated with her Bachelor's in Computer Science. Going around as a waitress in Boston, she wasn't doing much until an old classmate came up to her with an idea that peaked her interest. And before she knew it, she was auditioning for a show on MTV, and was really surprised to be accepted onto the show as well. It was definitely an unprecedented challenge for someone like her.

Update; Here is the relationship chart that I requested. :) The roommates have been together for a week, at least so they must have formed some sort of bond with each other. Aside from singing and posting cover videos on Youtube, Caleb enjoys hiking and writing short stories in his free time. He loves to travel, but rarely gets the chance to leisurely travel, as most of his traveling is for work purposes. He likes to garden as well, and cooking is one of his main hobbies. He’s been through a lot, and has survived. He smiles more than he frowns but there are those days that he likes to be left alone. He is a extrovert, and likes crowds, but again some days he likes to solidarity. Dancing and singing are hobbies for him, two that he enjoys. Caleb is flirtatious and will openly flirt with straight, bi, homosexual men and women. He is confident in his sexuality and knows what he likes. Caleb s a male model and adult film star. When not filming he enjoys living life to the fullest. While his parents accept him, they do not accept the side job he chose. Still they love him and give their support when they can. Caleb was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Aña Gonzalez and Robert Anderson. Though married, Robert was so busy being a businessman that he forgot to sign the birth certificate for Caleb thus leaving his last name as Gonzalez. Eventually he came back and signed the document, and Caleb decided to change his last name at that time.

Caleb grew up as an average guy. As well off as his parents are, Cj still likes to thrift shop and enjoy the complexity of life. He gives to charities, but only those that supported the LGBT community, and he volunteers with various LGBT organizations whenever he can. Modeling and starring in over 100 scenes, Cj is accomplishing a lot in his young life. When he was 13 years old, he was gay bashed outside of a Seven Eleven up the street from his house. His parents were furious and the one responsible was sentenced to jail. After that Cj decided to learn how to protect himself and took up self defense classes. It would seem fate wanted Cj to get revenge because when he turned 18 he went to a club and ran into the very man that bashed him so long ago. The fight that occurred after cost the club thousands in damage, to which Cj’s parents paid, but were glad Cj was alright and had defended himself. Caleb has been confident ever since.

Unlike others in his profession, he doesn't do drugs, but he enjoys the occasional cocktail. He hasn't tried anything else and doesn't have the drive to try anything either. The fast paced world he lives in does have its dark side, and he tries to stay out of that. Every scene he does he is well protected, and he gets tested regularly. When not filming, he is either working at his parent's firm, or working as a translator for various clients.
He was on set in Orlando, FL when he heard about the Real World Production crew arriving in Miami. He contacted the production crew and was able to get an application in. When he received the call he was ecstatic. It was one step closer to doing something he’d never done. During the interview, his background came up a lot. He was asked question after question, even questions about his adult film star career. He answered each question with flare and confidence, but on the inside he was nervous that his lifestyle was too much for the show. After the interview, they seemed to like him and his story and decided to add him to the roster. This was an amazing opportunity that he was happy to be a part of.

He is in an on again off again relationship with singer Sam Smith, though they try to keep it private for publicity reasons.

Caleb tends to walk around either naked or with only a pair of skimpy briefs on that show a little too much. He is extremely confident and has every right to be, being as gifted as he is.

I LOVED Real World, and I enjoyed shows like Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, and Glee, but I need to catch up with a lot of them.

FINALLY GOT HIM UP! ^_^ He's not rich, but he's well off, especially being an adult film star and such... ;)
