Everyone has that flare about them that makes them different or special. Some people realize it and play it up while others don’t even realize it or they just deny it. This quality may be a good thing, a bad thing but it helps people go through life but sometimes, it hinders them from their full potential. That flare that resides in people can be anything from a physical feature, a trait within their personality, or maybe a life event that happened and shaped them into the person they are today. Either way it goes, whatever that specific thing may be within that person makes them stand out in the crowd. It’s what makes that person different or special.

But for these eight friends, some who grew up together and others are just now being introduced to this small group, who travel through the crowded streets in the City of Dreams known as New York City, may have hopes and dreams but maybe they don’t. Each one of them just wants to be happy, a feeling that is relative known to each of them and while that is they will always have each other along with other people that have entered their lives. However their lives play out, whether it’s embracing their own individuality or not, it’s all up to them now.

Some share an apartment while others live alone though within their lives there may be some drama, love, betrayal and so much more that follows but these eight friends just want to find out who they are. They all must be there for each other, no matter what but no one told them that life would be this way.

Ideally, I'd like five people to show interest before I set up a thread for this roleplay. This roleplay with be heavily character driven as me, the GM, will be throwing ideas into the story that affects all characters in some way, shape or form. By the way, creating some form of relations with other characters is crucial for this roleplay. If you have any ideas, do not hesitate to share them with me via PM. This roleplay will also be high casual as I am expecting at least two and half to three paragraphs from each writer every week or twice a week.

"Are your words suppose to scare us? Don't make threats that you cannot keep." Leanne muttered as she stood mere inches in front of Cobi now, whose eyes were scowling on the duo from district three now. He remained quiet for now but it was whenever Everlynna opened her mouth that added fuel to him to speak again. "We can go ahead and see whose better right here and right now, if you want." Cobi challenged the girl from district three but it was their mentor that came over and tried to calm them down. Cobi rolled his eyes at the male then looked towards Leanne as Winifred was walking over to the scene now. "Here we go." Cobi muttered under his breath as Winifred held her hands upon her hips with a scoff.

"Gosh. I cannot believe you two. I mean, what did I just say to you guys? Hm? Not to start trouble, right?" Winifred spoke towards Cobi and Leanne then turned her gaze towards Logan, Johnathan and Everlynna. "Sorry about these two for their display but let's save your hatred for them for the games, huh? May the odds be ever in your favor." Winifred side eyed them before she grabbed Cobi and Leanne by their arms and dragged them away from the scene. "You two are going to get yourselves killed before the games. Is that what you want?" Cobi stood there with his muscular folded over his muscular chest now as he shrugged his shoulders. "I'd like to see them try."

Leanne snickered at Cobi's comment then eyed Winifred as she shrugged her shoulders, as well. She remained quiet, for now but whenever they were placed into their room, she was definitely going to let Winifred know how she felt. Just like Leanne, Cobi's eyes were on the victors from district three and made a mental note to confront them later on in the training area.

@WolfLover Oh, my goodness! I am loving all the ideas were coming up with while also keeping some elements from the actual Hunger Games! I'm writing my other post now and it shall be up shortly. :)
