Edo-Karn looked to Edo-Lazarus as he spoke to them, eyes narrowing in annoyance. "Every. Fucking. Time." Edo-Karn grumbled in annoyance, returning the look Lazarus gave with that of a death glare but decided to disregard the common mistake for now as they listened to everything that was happening. First Edo-Lazarus explaining them to join forces in order to overthrow the kingdom, then Earthland Lazarus agreeing without really thinking, then Earthland Sasha giving a speech, then Edolas Jamie and Edo-Pen. There was very little need for Edo-Karn to voice things that their Guildmates have already spoken about. The blonde was about to reply to Pen but the swordsman, Joshua, started talking. At the mention of wanting to know the reason why the Queen was so disliked, Edo-Karn's calm neutral face slightly twisted into one of calm seething anger. "We don't have time to give you a history lesson. But if you really want the short version, she's led the people of Edolas into poverty, while also taking those well enough to slave over her every whim. The most fatal being in Traia. Including kids. Either they slave away at her whim or for the family's to find them dead and crying over their dead bodies and have the Queen laugh at their face for having a weak child. She doesn't care if her people starve, doesn't care if they cry for help, all she cares about the strongest. And there is plenty more, that's just the easy side. So if anyone's going to fight her and take her head, it will be of Edolas. So if that's good enough to satisfy you, kindly shut up." Edo-Karn said in the same calm manner, but it was icy now but soon any anger that was there disappeared as they looked to Pen. Perhaps they went a little too far on the newcomers who honestly didn't know, and Edo-Jamie will probably scold them, but it was a subject that was sensitive. Especially someone of Traia. Admittedly, a side of Edo-Karn did want to believe Edo-Penny and Edo-Lazarus, and perhaps things would have turned out differently if they were the one to find them before Edo-Jamie, but that was not the case. "We do not need magic to bring her down. It will probably just give the bitch what she wants anyhow. And I'm afraid not convinced either. So if my Guild Master says no, I'll say no." they said as they crossed their arms over the chest. Then glanced to Edo-Mayt as the fellow Guildmember spoke, nodding in slight agreement.

Alver glanced toward the person whom he had difficulty in determining male or female as they said to calm him a he and introduced himself as Rei. A little odd but he wasn't going to complain. It was then he noticed the darker colored female was smiling at him quite oddly when he returned to the group. The pale man didn't really know why, but he guessed it was because those guys weren't quite the friendly bunch, even to the pastors daughter. So he returned the smile, though it was more slight and gentle compared to her wide grin. It was then Jackson wandered over him and held up the dog, Alver crouched down to be more on the kid's level and took the dog with a small frown. Seeming to ponder if he had done something incorrect. It was always possible, he wasn't exactly skilled in social interaction and he had never really dealt with a small toddler like Jackson. So perhaps the gift came off as rude and maybe hurt the little boys pride? People were too bloody complicated. As the boy spoke, Alver slightly smiled at the comment. "Sort of. It's not really white paint. It's like having no paint for a blank picture. I wasn't painted when I was born like others who are colored like pretty pictures." he answered in a surprisingly gentle tone, quite unlike the cold sarcastic one he said to those who tried to bully him. As he held the white plush dog and Jackson ran off to earn his own prize, Alver stood up again, glancing down to Amy as she approached and spoke to him. As she explained things and apologized for the conversation at the churc, the tall man simply blinked slowly. "It's alright. It's not a bad thing to be curious. He's at least not scared of me." he said before looking at the dog. "I guess." he said though he didn't fully understand the gesture before he looked to the girl as she offered to clean his coat. He paused for a moment, but he removed the coat and gingerly held the dirty spot out to her. "Thank you." he said, deciding this would a appropriate time to say his gratitude. The lavender eyed man watched as the teenager and the toddler eagerly played the fish game, earning a few more prizes before Aaron suggested the Ferris Wheel next. Alver didn't speak up his opinion and simply listened to what the others would say.
