Smiling brightly as the dragon gave them permission to stay and rest up a little, the beast nodded happily, causing the fluffy mane of the chimera to bounce a little. "Thank you very much Mr. Dragon!" he chirped before looking to Zero, or Zenoram now as he tried to explain his... Would they soul brothers on a way? Karn didn't really know how it worked, but basically Zero. The large beast gave a deep purr, lightly head butting and nuzzling the black haired boy's shoulder like a affectionate oversized cat. "Don't worry about it! It's understandable to be cautious of strangers. Especially when your father is a dragon. Lots a people would just try to hunt him, and that's no good." the beast reassured before the pointed ears perked at the offer of more food. "Yay thank you!" Karn purred before bounding outside, looking to see a carcass that had been chewed upon by the dragon. Before going at it, the chimera sat down on its haunches, sitting up straight with his head held up high. "Thank you for giving your life to sustain me." he said before crouching and pouncing the meat. Saber fangs digging into the flesh and ripping out a large bone before padding back into the cave and lying down, chewing at it and ripping the meat off. It help sustain some magic, while also being in this form would help with his injuries. So with this food and natural Chimera biology, he should be just about to a full recovery with some rest. It didn't take long for the chimera to inhale the large piece of meat, leaving the bone bare and white as he chewed on it. Pawing at the bare bone, he rolled on his back with his paws wrapped around it as he chewed on the end, claws raking lightly against it. Before rolling onto his side and pawing it then looking to Zenoram with a grin. "So how long have you three lived here?" Karn asked curiously as he gave a soft yawn and stretched out.

Edo-Karn lightly sighed as Sasha still blew a fuse, yelling some more before storming away. At the Guild Master's words, the blonde shrugged a little. "Cause I say whatever is on my mind and it kinda pisses everyone else off? Hey I apologized, that's a rare thing." they answered before crossing their arms over heir chest. "I know that, but they should also think of our situation too. Things aren't as simple as she put it. Plus, we all have shit pasts, but we can't dwell on them in our situation now can we? Just because she wants to go home, which we are trying to do, doesn't mean we can lose focus." The blonde answered in the usual blunt manner before seeing Edo-Damian land and walk over to Edo-Jamie. "Hi Karn, so good to see you after so long." they said sarcastically before grinning a little. "Was wondering when you would turn up Sir Paladin. Ya know... Considering everyone's calling out for blood, including the Viper." they mused before looking around and tsking a little.

It happened pretty quickly yet it was a reaction Edo-Karn had anticipated, though despite seeing it coming, the slap still sort of cracked the blonde's neck a little, forcing the slender face to turn to the side. Emerald eyes blinking slowly, Edo-Karn's gaze looked at the angry Earthlander in the regular calm neutral they often had, before turning their head so they fully faced her. The short blonde let Sasha continue on her rant, not interrupting without their expression ever changing. Despite the stinging pain against their reddened cheek. As Sasha finished, Edo-Karn took a few heartbeats before starting to laugh. Laugh quite a lot in fact, so much so they had to wrap their arms around their ribs to keep the pain at a dull roar from the utter hysterical laughter. After a moment, they calmed down before taking a breath and looking Sasha straight in the eye with a slight amused grin. "Funny. My Sasha said the same thing when I joined, after being a total bitch to everyone for a week straight." Edo-Karn laughed softly before humming thoughtfully. "But we do understand. Even now, we still have faith in Mr. Palidan. Despite how he left our Guild after James died.... I trust him. But our Lazarus, never was with us, or even tried to be until now and hasn't exactly given reason to change that view after this little stunt. We have to be cautious, not only for us but for all of Edolas. One wrong mistake could lead to everyone's head chopped off. Including Lazarus." they said thoughtfully before giving a actual genuine smile and ruffling the top of Sasha's head. "Sorry. I shouldn't insult our sister guild. Though I'm still calling him a idiot, im sure he has good intentions." they said before thinking for a moment and leaned closer. "But if there is one thing I will say and hope you keep in mind, as sister guild members. Is that you always remember all your guild members. Don't. Ever. Forget. Them. It's the best you can do. Do you know why we fight so hard to survive? It isn't for power, for fame... For glory. It's to survive as long as you can to create memories with those you care about. And when you finally die, your life doesn't end. You live on in the hearts of those who care and remember you. If you turn out like Pen, Maddox, or Angelica... In the end, they will eventually perish and be eternally alone, a fate that I would wish on no one. But they will be alone because no one cares about them like the members of Phoenix Wing do to eachother. That is what makes Phoenix Wing special. No matter where you go. So don't ever forget, otherwise, your friends will get lonely." Edo-Karn said with a gentle smile. It soon turned into a smirk as the took their hand off of Sasha's head and poking her in the chest. "Now quit getting in such a tissy fit that it shows off your boobs and let's get you home to your family." They both teased and instructed before finally rubbing their cheek to ease the ache.
