@Amaya, Karn didn't have the coughing fit in the Guild. He left in order to have a coughing fit.

In the guild, all he did was flinch because his chest really hurt and knew he had to leave to have the coughing fit xD

Karn perked as he spotted Mithera bound over and he crouched down and stroked the top of her head in a gentle pet. Glad to see the black feline looked alright and seemed glad about.
