ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: William usually keeps to himself as it's simply easier than trying to communicate with his condition. If one does take the time to get to know him they will find that he's a very kind and intelligent person who is great at listening. Though when you can't speak, it's simply easier to let the other person do the talking.

ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀꜱ: Wlliam possesses no extraordinary abilities besides is high intelligence.
ꜱᴋɪʟʟꜱ/ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛᴇꜱ: Despite lacking any superpowers, William still finds ways to be useful. He is a master hacker and computer expert and only the most highly advanced firewalls stand a chance at keeping him out. He is also very adept with technology, able to take something apart, find out how it works, and put it back together. His combat skills, however, are limited, so he usually relies on his arsenal of gadgets to get himself out of trouble.
ᴡᴇᴀᴘᴏɴ(ꜱ): William has a wide array of tools and gadgets that he has created to get him out of sticky situations. One of his primary tools is his shock baton, a sturdy extendable baton with the ability to discharge a substantial amount if electricity at the push of a button. He also makes use of things such as flashbangs, smoke bombs, and knockout gas.
ʙᴀᴄᴋꜱᴛᴏʀʏ: William was the result of a relationship between a college professor and one of his students. Though his mother had been unsure about having a child at 19, his father managed to convince her to go through with it and offered to take custody so that she could continue with her life and her studies. Though he was born mute, William displayed advanced intelligence from a young age. He excelled in his studies throughout his school years and graduated early which allowed him to get a head start on college and his engineering degree.
Though he could have easily landed himself a very promising career, he wanted to do something different. With hero teams such as the Justice League having been disbanded, the world needed new heroes and he wanted to make a difference. Inspired by the likes of Batman and Green Arrow who also didn't possess any powers, he put his mind to creating his very own tools of the trade that would allow him to take his place among the new generation of heroes.
