Oh, can one not have a 'sling' of sorts or an equivalent?
For example, a 'clip' on his back and his leg, so that his bazooka can lock in on his back, and be pulled off and used when required, and his autcannon clipped to his leg, so that it too can be 'holstered' and used when available.

Oh, I guess that would make perfect sense; sure. I don't know why I didn't think of 'switching out' weapons before.
@WilsonTurner
I just noticed you've got both the GPR21 and ATB140 equipped. The former requires two hands to use, as stated in the entry ("carried, two hands"). The rationale is the GRP21 packs a heavier punch than the AFC-40/L and needs to be braced with both arms for stability. The bazooka is propped up over the shoulder, so it only needs one hand at most.
So you'll have to decide between them or take the bazooka and the AFC-40/L.
Urgh, I have a lot of catching up to do. Feels like I've missed a lot just by being in a different time zone and being asleep.
I did want to get another post in, but I guess I'll just move onto the next one instead.
Not sure what to do about my machine. My plan is to make it into a full-on recon/EW machine as more of those systems become available. Aristo, is it okay if I PM you with what I have in mind so we can both get on the same page?
I might go more down the scout-sniper route a bit more also, so that I don't end up crossing over too much with Harold.

Feel free; we can work it out!
Likely to replace the BM-21 Grad tubes with the mortar-system, and jiggle around with the autocannons and heavy machine-guns.

Oh, and maybe some aftermarket ECM/Chameleon systems.

The bio is otherwise good, right?

Yup! The PU/USK are still in conflict, but it's not the all-out war it was in recent memory. The character section is fine!
Another option is to let/force some pilots to sit-out on some missions.

I'd never force players to sit out, but if someone has to take time off IRL, it can easily be handwaved as their character needing some time off to take care of personal business.

How's your sheet coming along?
Alice was still skating towards the center of the town, passing by the wrecked Ferirs and bearing down on the roadblock. She could see infantry shifting positions behind the armored vehicles, hastily shoving a rocket down its tube and then setting it up on the edge of an APC. Before they could get the warhead off, Alice dispensed smoke canisters in front of her, obscuring their vision. The smoke was also filled with tiny metallic particles, making it absurdly difficult for them to get a lock on her as she crossed the open ground.

As the groundpounders struggled to get a bead on her, Alice simply veered to the left, skirting around the line of vehicles and greeting them with a hail of machine gun fire. The muzzle blast from her weapon flared through the smoke, making evident the grisly work she was doing on the men at the roadblock. The remaining light vehicles too, were put out of action by a few point-blank rounds from her autocannon.

When her thermal sensors showed nothing moving any longer, Alice pressed on, waving a metal hand at the Hunters behind her.

"Road's clear, let's move up!"
@Aristo
I included my transactions at the bottom of my mech CS.

I would've taken Cecilia to be more of a front-liner. Odd that she'd get a slightly less heavy mech and still outfit it to be command & control.

Anyhow, I outfitted mine with C3IS too.

Is there some way to salvage? Like if I say that my character pulls off weaponry, unused missiles, etc., from mechs, would you transfer extra credits for salvageable but unusable pieces, and allow me to put the usable stuff in my inventory unless I decide to 'sell' them?

EDIT!!:
Wouldn't it make more sense if there was a somewhat significant speed boost for every weight point unused? If a guy carrying JUST an autocannon is just as fast as a guy carrying a bazooka, AT missile, and heavier autocannon, then there's no point in having a lightly armed recon role. You'll be just as effective/ineffective as anyone else, besides the FRAME itself.

True, as team lead, Cecilia will be at the center of the action more often than most. But the Kirin is a superior machine to the Kehei in almost every way. It's lighter, faster, has ECM and a target painter, better sensor and radar suites, operational range and power/weight ratio. Although Canton markets it as a reconnaissance FRAME, its really good all-around.

About salvage - we can't do it ourselves, but the crews on-board the Samigina can work on the FRAMEs and equipment we might take in. We hauled the three operational Dreqs and a handful of still-serviceable FRAMEs from the last mission. (The crews are still working on them!) You can expect to have operational Dreqs for the taking after the next op, probably.

& Although that makes sense, I don't want to bog down the RP with specifics. The speeds in the stats is assumed to be clocked when the FRAME's been loaded with a fairly even equipment spread. Being that we're not enforcing hard values and the speeds traveled in the IC are all narrative, there's no way to establish a true a speed/weight tradeoff. Just go with common sense and all that.

Also, I'd like to ask everyone who's participated so far; what do you think about the pacing? Too fast? Too slow?
I know we sort of zipped the combat a little and not everyone was able to get something in (although we assume you were right there, pumping out lead with us!). I've been scooting us along the transitions in my posts. The transitions in-between periods of action and rest seem to be an awkward place where lots of RPs get bogged down and people loose interest, so nudging us from the combat to 'playtime' and vice versa is my way of mitigating that phase.
I'll include my own RP transactions in the OOC as a guideline for y'all.

@Aristo

AH I see...God I feel stupid now. Should be alright now. :/ Thanks.

That was what I was thinking about, Skin replacement to allow resistance to penetration, artificial eyes and ears, with the interfaces implanted to allow her to use them. I was thinking about how she would have met up with the panthers and I thought it could have been after she escaped the OSU to the Sodrodan League. Having finally seen through the cloud of rubbish propaganda. Looking for work and money she makes her way through the underworld before finding a contact who can put her name out their to mercenary groups. Working for rather piss all money before proving skill with a FRAME, that she already had. Just not the funds to acquire one. Eventually I think she could have found out about the panthers through stories and contacts their leader to ask if he needs any grunts.

The prosthetic eyes and ears can be done; the skin is a bit out of our reach. The FRAME looks good as is; she's ready for the characters tab once some additional info about what you mentioned above is added.

Likely a newcomer, due to how recent the Kamdeshi revolution has been.
-It is being implied that Marlene has seen combat in the last three years of that war; not as experienced as Leclerc, though.

As for weapons, I'll wait. Was hoping for a small autocannon and a large autoloading tank-gun (literally ripped the specs off an AMX-13's turret). The rocket-pack was likewise, the tubes from a BM-21-1 ripped right off the truck and bolted onto the FRAME.

The equipment list has been updated, whenever you're ready! I'll review your FRAME once you've adjusted it. I assume we'll be meeting you in Hamarr.
