Not my own words, but: "Enjoy memes and have a good time online, but develop a solid sense of self-worth that is rooted in a reality that doesn't disappear when the battery charge is empty."

@Willy Vereb
About time I got my military section up. I've got bits and pieces to add and tinker with here and there, but for the most part, all the important things are there.

My only immediate neighbors are Nex and Gold, which is fine and dandy, but considering the unclaimed lands both to my west and east, should we make up some NPC placeholder kingdoms to mess with? Not sure how likely it is that they'll get filled now.

It has no basis upon my ability to make a decision. I like stat based RP's because numbers aren't open to arguing. In a freeform format, as I wish to be as militarily powerful as possible--I'm just going to push the envelope until the Moderator says stop.

I wouldn't let a small factor like that deter me from a concept I really liked. If you prefer stat-based RPs, why mill around on a forum where the vast majority are freeform, literary-based? Tabletop scratches that itch.

On the contrary, I find that freeform is much less limiting than a hard numbers RP; outcomes are more interesting to me when they're open-ended and allow for flexibility, and without numbers, I can concentrate on what's really important: the narrative.
I'd be soooooooo down to play if it wasn't free form. Salute for a good interest check.

How do you mean? How does a freeform format upset your decision-making compared to a mechanics-inclusive one?
<Snipped quote by Aristo>Looks fine to me.
Are Gwyllion like the elves or shall I list them under the "other humanoids" category in the index?
As usual if you fill in all categories (in this case only the military remained) you can post this up in the characters tab.

I thought about it, and saw that TMG's Thabossians were elf-like, but in the 'other humanoids' category. I think they could go there as well. Gwyllion and elves are "similar but different" in the way gnomes and dwarves are both short humanoids, but are distinct from each other.
@AristoThe Iorican War lasted "decades"?

I had thought there were other skirmishes that took place off and on over the course of a few years; decades is probably an exaggeration, on second thought. How long do you imagine it?
Several sections are subject to additional work, like government, or culture, and the military needs to be added. But I'm posting what I have for y'all to browse over so you aren't in the dark until it gets done. The change from "Virith" to "Vyddru" might inconvenience you, @The Nexerus; apologies for that. Our history remains the same, though.

Which part of the map constitutes Uraz, exactly?
Shame there isn't more interest; this is right up my alley!
