My Very Brief Bio

Male, 33 years old. (I'm even more dead than before.)

Likes (other than writing and roleplaying): I'm into all genres of music. I love to cook. I love the outdoors, and walking through the park near my house. (Yes, really.) I read a lot of thriller/mystery novels. And I usually watch seasonal anime. (Or cooking shows. Because Western Media provides even fewer things that are worth watching.)

But as for my many other neglected hobbies, I've played basically every sport. (Soccer and Bowling being my favorite of the bunch.) And I'm trying to play more video games. (Going through my never-ending Steam library.) Plus, I've dabbled in making electronic & metal music, and I used to play a number of instruments. (Guitar, French Horn, etc.)

Hope you have a wonderful day!

@Heat Man, everyone is giving me that response. It makes me feel like I'm the only one that listens to various genres. XD

6.5/10 Decent, his voice at the beginning felt a little shaky and whiny for me, but I found it fine once it got to the second half of the song.

(And I fully expect to once again with this pick. XD If you have 10 minutes to kill, this piece is quite fantastic. You know those people that say they listen to classical style music and are completely full of shit? Well here ya go. :P)

"Where not judged on how complex the food we make are we?"

That's what @Framing A Moose is refering to. Btw. Figured I'd clarify. (Edit: I just noticed my spelling mistake there. And will fix that. -.- I need to stop replying to posts at like 2 in the morning lol.)

So we all fall asleep
So we laugh and play
So we drink and eat

So we count our time
So we know our keep
But it floats away,
Nothing seems to stay these days
Fragile and weak
It’s been years and now
I get a moment to speak.
Wish granted you can now multitask but only one very specific thing being able walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. So you can do that now at least...

I wish daylight savings time no longer existed.

@Dracogenius Once again, I appreciate the response.

The only thing I will say, the idea of adding a character restriction AND order on top of the original turn order will probably not fix the problem, it will only make it worse. Because if you work that into my characters for instance, trying to limit each turn's post to one character (or whoever was posted first.) That being Eros, Erebus would need to be solely in the second post and since he was going to have a conversation with Eros in my next post. Splitting up characters in a turn order would make my conversation between the two characters literally take forever to complete. It would frankly cripple Wisp or anyone with even more characters than that. And coming up with some weird restriction like these two characters, and these two the next. Would make things unnecessarily complicated.

Also I didn't elaborate on my other idea, because I forgot and didn't feel like writing more. But I'll make it clearer. Yes, you would have to actually explain the rule, before doing it. So everyone signing up would be aware of the rule. It's usually was done for people were busy during certain days and just wanted a friend to post from them. Though I usually use it, to make people characters that drop out of the RP, make their exit or die horribly so people reading have a smoother read and not have characters that appear and never show up again. It's done to make the crazy people that read others RP's to enjoy it more, as it makes it a more cohesive narrative and it gets rid of loose ends. Long going RP's tend to have, that 'one guy' dropping out midway, like so many RP's have. So letting the character being controlled and removed from the RP, instead of just letting whatever they were doing drop suddenly. Is what that idea is meant to achieve, you can't actually do it here because it wasn't apart of the rules. I'm just saying I've heard of RP's with certain rules, but I've never quite seen an enforced turn order. But like I said, I'll see how things go.

@KatherinWinter
Jay could tell she was judging him silently, like he asked a stupid question. Jay let out a forced chuckle. "I was kidding, I knew that already." Jay lied rubbing the back of his neck, as he nodded his head. "Of course, that sounds perfect. Let's get cracking." Jay stated, only because that's what Inigo said that every time he made breakfast. "I'll go get everything we need." Jay commented going to grab some eggs and ingredients from the fridge that was inside trying to show he was perfectly capable doing something so simple. Meanwhile Inigo already snuck himself inside the room, able to open the door knowing this would be a disaster if he didn't intervene heading up to the fridge and Jay nearly shouted in surprise, keeping a hand on his mouth as Inigo climbed up to his shoulder.

"You are so in trouble..." Jay whispered. "I know you need my help. You don't know the first thing about cooking." Inigo replied keeping his voice lowered. Jay knew that statement was correct. As he sighed in frustration deciding complaining about this would get him nowhere dropping it, accepting the help. Inigo smiled and started pointing out every single ingredient he used to make the best omelets. Jay took everything Inigo mentioned. "At least go somewhere far in the corner where no one will notice you." Jay instructed to Inigo sternly while still continuing to whisper. Inigo nodded and went off to the corner of the room, where nobody currently was, climbing onto higher location than the floor, avoiding the possibility of getting stepped on. Watching Jay with a grin as he headed back to Katherin with all the stuff in his hands.
Cpl. Donovan “The Friendly” Valentine

Donovan didn't wake up from the morning's light peering through the barracks neither did the ghastly nightmares that caused him to alter the position he was sleeping, every couple of minutes throughout that entire night. Most importantly, he didn't wake up on his own. Donovan arose and quickly tried to dress and make himself decent, feeling his hair standing up. As he completely aware someone was on the other side of the door, and frankly it better of been Captain Saiyako or they needed a really good reason they woke him up early. Despite him despising being awoken by someone else, he got himself ready in about a minute. Luckily unlike most, he rarely got hangovers anymore. Despite that specific wine bottle having an alcoholic content level closer to fifty percent and the amount he guzzled down would of probably knocked some unconscious.

Fabricating the best indiscernible and counterfeit smile he could muster, he popped his head outside taking a moment to clear his throat and change his tone to sound pleasant seeing it was just another solider on their team, and no one actually significant. “Yes? Did you have something to discuss with yours truly?” Donovan asked even trying to sound playful, believing he sounded very charming. Though his smug demeanor wasn't hard to spot at the moment, though by how cautious the individual looked it was safe to assume he already knew about Donovan's performance quite well. It took him slightly longer than it should of to actually respond, the solider not looking directly at him. Donovan glaring eyes could easily tell the solider felt like he was about to learn what shooting the messenger meant, but it made him even more impatient waiting for a proper reply since it was clearly had to be something important to wake him up.

Donovan exhaled some calmly finding that being respected had some disadvantages. “What did you need solider? You had something important to tell me right?” Donovan asked again not bothering to recall their name, stepping fully outside his room. The man nodded swiftly in response. “Sorry for waking you, I was told that you have a call on hold for you right now.” The solider answered. “Thank you.” Donovan replied sounding polite but couldn't help but think. “Idiot, it shouldn't of taken you so long to tell me, I don't want to keep someone waiting for me.” Donovan walked away from the solider towards where his call would be.

But before Donovan could even arrive, the speakers blared out as he could hear the Captain explaining that all members needed to stand at attention. Frustrated but also knowing he couldn't miss an order regardless how lazily vocalized as it sounded. Rubbing his eyes some as he quickly headed where all the other soldiers starting to gather and stand lined up. He stood up straight looking professional looking around able to tell by the grim expression on some of their faces, there were some casualties but he didn't really notice anyone missing. “Dying that quickly in war, your families should hang their heads in shame...” He thought to himself looking at Saiyako, still prepared to ask him some questions but from how exhausted he looked, he wondered if he'd even get any valid explanations.

Waiting and watching the Captain wandering away giving his orders, that he essentially he no actual orders. Donovan didn't waste any more time standing around with all the others. Walking back to his phone call, finding that at least no one else was there picking up the phone. “Hello?” Donovan greeted as he heard the sweet cheery feminine voice as his eyes brighten up as a genuine smile appeared on his face. “Mother, how wonderful it is to hear from you. I've missed talking to you...” Donovan spoke sounding pleased listening to her words. Before he took a small pause before questioning back, “What do you mean by bad news mother?”
Well if we were going purely by reality that many probably couldn't fit in the back either. :P I think we'll be fine.
