Had Madi been a nicer person, she most likely would have had no issue with seeing Delilah Duclerc perched on her brother's lap like some sort of cat, purring in his ear about whatever it was her tiny brain thought of. Unfortunately for just about everyone involved in Madi's life, she was not very nice. Granted, she was dealing with a great loss. However, she really hadn't been that wonderfully enjoyable before the accident. Madi's personality aside, she was pissed. Her arms were crossed tightly over her chest and she was staring daggers at the board as the class voted on the senior trip.

It would have done Madi a great deal of good in this situation to just continue staring at the board, minding her own business. She had no need to glance over at Delilah and crane her head just a smidge to see who exactly she was texting. But she did so anyway. And it did not improve her mood, at all. Seeing Delilah texting Ryan hit her like a bullet train. That cold nauseous feeling that one often gets when they witness something sickening flooded her body, and she quickly turned away.

Glancing over at her brother, she couldn't help but scowl. He was sitting there, content to have that hussy's ass on his crotch, ignorant to the fact that she was texting Ryan Townsend. What an idiot! How are we related, honestly! she thought, turning back to the board. Her first day back was a total bust, and she wasn't even an hour in. Wonderful. Hopefully English would be better. Who are you kidding Madi? School sucks, this isn't gonna get any better.

By all conventional standards, Madison is beautiful. She's slender, with a body that implies she works out and eats healthy. Her hair falls just past her shoulders, silky and dirty blonde. Her deep blue eyes draw you in, and make you feel as if you are the only person she could even dream of thinking of. Her skin clear, except for the smattering of freckles across her nose, something she shares with her brother. She's not nearly as tall as him though, standing at about 5'5".

Fashion wise, Madi dresses to impress. She puts a solid hour, at least, into her outfit everyday, always making sure that she leaves a lasting impression in peoples minds. She prefers to wear dresses or skirts, though she's not adverse to skinny jeans or even the occasional pair of leggings. She often toes the line between conservative and revealing, a fact which is not lost on her in the slightest.

What You See:
To the outside world, Madison Nichols is cold and calculating. She can be sweet and caring, but only towards those she's close with, and to most people, they appear to be on her bad side. Most people wonder how in the hell she and Oli are related, let alone twins. While Oli is outgoing and openly affectionate, Madison has a cold shell, and it doesn't seem to melt easily.

While most can't say they particularly enjoy Madison, plenty respect her. She's very intelligent, well known for making the honor roll every year, and she's a great leader. She's a planner and a doer, and she knows how to get shit done. No one can say otherwise. She just isn't particularly open to much help, and is, as Oli sometimes says, "a bossy bitch who can't let anyone help." He got grounded for that one.

Now days though, Madison is clearly not the person she used to be. Her confident stature is gone, and she doesn't bite back with her usual quips. While plenty of kids hated Madison for one reason or another, it's hard to summon any loathing for her now.

What I Know:
In truth, Madison Nichols is a girl wracked with insecurities. She's a major control freak, but only because she's terrified of failure and letting people down. She also has a deep seeded fear of commitment, and because of this, her trust is hard to earn. She is, deep down, a caring girl, and loyal to her friends, she just finds it very hard to express such feelings. All of this is only known to her closest friends, or her family. Madi would rather have the rest of the world see her how they want to, rather than as the mess she really is.

║ Brief History ║

When looking back on Madi's life, it's easy to see how she became such a hardcore bitch. She had to be. The only girl out of three siblings, she was forced to fight for attention, and her parents never faltered when she used her puppy dog eyes. She was spoiled, that much was for sure. While Oli was the leader of the triplets, Madi was definitely the charisma.

As the triplets grew up, this became far more evident. Madi was always bringing home new friends, and soon it felt like their entire grade had been to the Nichols house one time or another. Everyone loved Madi, or at least they pretended to. Upon entering high school, Madi found that she adapted to it far better than Lucas. She loved the social games that were played, and the socializing that was to be had. While Oli's place was the stage, Madi's was the hallway, strutting down it like it was a catwalk.

After the incident, Madi found life far more gloomier. She shut most everyone out, and retreated into her room for the rest of sophomore year, and well into the summer. There was even talk of her not returning to school this year, though Oli convinced her to come back, if not for him then for Lucas. Going into junior year, she's far less concerned with her reputation and far more concerned with her future.

Guys I'm so sorry for being so absentee for so long. I adore this RP and everything about it, real life has just been kicking my ass and making writing more of a chore than a hobby. I'm not going to make any promises, since everytime I do it seems like more shit comes my way, but know that I'm trying my best to get back into the swing of things :) Ideally that won't take much longer! Just about anyone who knew Oli could tell you that, for better or worse, there were very few things that left him speechless. He simply wasn't one to shut his mouth, a fact that his sister often lamented about. There was one thing though, that could regularly leave Oli searching for words, mouth agape. Or rather, one person. Delilah Duclerc. Much to his sister's chagrin, Oli was head over heels for the mayor's daughter. He wasn't quite sure what it was that drew him to her. Her hair maybe? Or the way she held herself? Or maybe just everything? To most people, it was plain to see that Oli was a teenager struck with a major crush. And his crush was now sitting on his lap.

Starstruck and utterly frightened by Lila's close proximity to certain...areas, Oli simply gaped for a moment. An annoyed look from his sister, one that said something along the lines of "Stop looking like an idiot and speak!", prompted him to turn his open mouth into a grin. "Hey Lila, hows it going? It's nice to see you again" he asked, whispering so as not to disturb Remy's brainstorming session. He and Lila had been friends forever, best friends really, and Oli had always found it relatively easy to talk to her, up until about a year ago. That's when things had changed, when he'd started noticing more and more about her. How funny she was, how sweet, how pretty. Madi had told him he was being an idiot, but granted, she was pretty biased. She hated Lila.

Glancing around the room as he waited for Lila's response, he noticed Sierra, Ryan and Nicholas had all joined them. He looked over at Madi, who was currently doing her best to look straight ahead at the board, and far away from Ryan. Chewing on his lip, he quickly began grinning again, and looked back to Lila, awaiting her response.

@Lady Amalthea It pains me to say this, but I'll have to drop out of this RP :( I really enjoy the idea of this, and I'm going to be watching from afar, but some recent personal issues have made it a bit harder for me to focus on so many roleplays. I feel really shitty about just dropping, as I was really excited to be apart of this, but life has gotten a bit more difficult for me, and I promised I'd put myself before my writing. I hope this goes well for all of you, and best of luck :) Hopefully we'll meet in future RPs :)
