I have a setting I really want to experiment with roleplaying, so when I get a post for it I will link it here. For other interests I am currently looking to join some fantasy, romance, and fun roleplays. All levels of lore are interesting though I would like to restart with something not so lore heavy to start with or at least something with easy to digest lore.

the inclusion of Mulsum as a warm drink with sugar and milk is fun, i wouldnt think to add either to a spiced honey wine. Did you find a version of the recipe that simmers or boils the spices in? cause Id love to see it, ive only made the drink myself as a overnight infusion drink.

Ethodi

”Oh, what about a snack? I’m not sure what your kind eat but I’m sure you’ll find it here. There is a steady supply of Gru bugs if you’d like. I’m happy to share.”
The creature spoke again, and she traced it movements through the air, its suggestion of bugs was not as appetizing, though with her limited access to the human society she hadn't had certain foodstuffs in a long time. Her tail whipped up from where it was curled and rattled a little at her excitement.

" You wouldn't have any mollusks would you? It has been such a long time since I've been able to snack on them. "
Space for new character (Im a dumbbutt)
Apologies for the days absence, I've begun a new job and with it a new schedule so I have had to adjust my hours for many things.
Ethodi

The shadowed creature that formed in front of her eyes did little to alert her other senses, possessing little in means of a distinguishable signature in the air besides the light breeze of its wings. She paused as it spoke, though it has no distinguishable mouth to speak from, thinking less of that and more of how such a small creature would taste, though in hospitality and as it could speak in some manner, she could not venture to eat it outright.

”Hello, how can I help you?”

After checking to see her coins still laying as they were upon the table, she allowed a thought to pass by her lips of an old drink she had once.

"A thing of spiced Mulsum would be quite the treat for now and that should cover its cost," She gestured to the table with a single hand, removing it from under her scaled chin and stared unblinking and pointedly at the creature for only a few seconds before returning to her other observations.

From across the room and in her peripherals she observed yet another newcomer to the tavern, who was personally greeted by the man behind the bar. Sir Vendril and Dorian Radshaw were their names, and perhaps she could make their acquaintance, though as she was quite too comfortable wrapped around her table to go venturing after them to do so herself, especially as the large hat-ed gentleman walked a little around the tavern's floor. Instead she was content to sit and wait, moving oh so very little once she had replaced her hands under her chin and turned just enough to be comfortable again.
Ethodi

Main Tavern Floor

Moving with speed for her size and length, the curious serpent cautiously approached the door which she had not seen in her palace before. The width of her side against the walls blocked a sheep from following her through the corridors that led up to it. It's cries of abandonment causing little worry. The door, strong and wooden let soft light leak under it, illuminating the base of her ventral scales. Through the door she slithered, sticking through first her upper torso, and following with her long body and tail. Ethodi tried her best not to make much noise in her movement, acknowledging the presence of others in the room she did not wish to disturb.

”Make yourself comfortable. All seats are free, someone will be with you soon.”

A man called out from behind some shelves.
Upon examining the room more and recognizing the type of establishment this was Ethodi moved with haste to a table away from the other guest @Dark Cloud, pushing the chairs away from the base of the table as she curled her entire length up around it, sitting with elbows perched and hands under her soft jaw line and hiding some of the scales that led up to it. Her body jostled around under the table, turning and twisting until it settled in a way at which it was hard to tell where her body ended in the many loops. A forked tongue flickered quickly as eyes dotted around the tavern's floor, from her leather strapped on bag she procured two singular golden coins, weighing each in a hand before letting them lay on the table, predominately a large owl featured on both of them and lettering read across them in a foreign tongue.

Ethodi

"I do love how they run... as if they could climb the walls as I do. Wasting their strength now is better for me though."

From the waist up, Ethodi looked roughly humanoid enough, the draping fabrics that hung, hid the scaled pattern that traced its way up, fading into skin as it reached the arms and face. Ventral scales carried up the torso and neck thinning out as it reached her chin. Her face was uncannily human in appearance, with large glossy reddish orange eyes, a thin straight nose and darken scales that mimicked freckles across her cheek bones. Thick straight hair was braided thoroughly and pinned up as to not drag when laying. With grace her hands swirled as she twisted around. Resting upon her own lumped up long body of scales as she tastes the air with forked tongue looking for her next meal or a warm spot to rest.
Age:
Roughly 28-30, at least by judging her human appearance. Though she has lived and traveled for many more years overall. To a Naga like her what was the differnece in one year over another is the events that. Happened and after settings down those come few and far in-between.

Gender:
Female

Appearance:
A Naga thru and thru, Ethodi posses a main body of a serpent that fuses near it's head into that which mimics as a human's body. She posses two freed limbs and grasping hands, of which lack most to any scales. Continuing along her entire body is a trail of ventral scales, which of solid darkened color are hardy and tough. This includes trailing up her sudo torso and ending just below her chin and jaw, allowing her to travel fully horizontally across surfaces if she must. Her normal scales fade out to a sort of skin around what would be the waist on her sudo torso and form a convenient place for attaching bag straps. There is little real change in size of the body between segments, with anatomical differences coming from her arms a bit further up and the illusion of a true waist via the scale pattern change.

She is snake-like for the most part, with ribs running down the length of her body to support the toned muscles underneath. While her upper half mimics that of a humanoid species' torso, it contains little more than large lungs and the beginning of her digestive tract. While the size of the neck which holds up the head may seem to be a restriction in meal size, due to the lack of other purpose it contains few structures and is made entirely of stretchy skin and squeezing muscles. It's short length also helps in that endeavor. Her jaw holds an adequate amount of teeth for a humannoid, but two long retractable fangs take prominence when displayed. As a threat or for feeding. Much of her face including her mouth is covered in a sheer of fabric attached to her elaborate hairdo. Sparing most onlookers the uncanny valley horror than can be read into her face.

In mimicry with local humans Ethodi wears a light colored chiton closed at the shoulders with golden rings and tied around the waist with a braided rope with a loop on the side which most easily hung open. It drapes loosely across her torso, and is gathered at both the shoulder points and the waist to mimic the styles of the local villagers.

At total size she measures 12 feet long, and standing, if one can use the term, upright at around 5'5. Around her waist most days is a small bag full of golden and silver coins and other artifacts that can be. Sometimes also she carries with her a basket strapped more securely to her sudo torso's back, of which she can carry larger or heavier objects and meals.

scale pattern: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/common…

Power Descriptions:
Ethodi possesses a strong paralytic venom, though she is wary to utilize it often. Along side this is improved sense through the ability to detect small changes in heat signatures and smell thought an utilizing her forked tongue and extra sensitive smell organs.

She also has a sort of charm to her that lures weakwilled creatures. Though this can produce a more uncanny feeling in humans if they have any survival experience.

Skills:
Ethodi is as skilled at her crafts of the hunt as she is of the arts. Spending time patrolling her garden for intruders, lounging in the brisk Mediterranean style sun of her palace home, playing instruments, and weaving. She has also done well in the art of reassurance and hypnosis, luring those in her company into a relaxed state, whether just to be kind or as a method of hunting creatures who are too thoughtful to corner and constrict.

Personality:
Ethodi is observant and sly, emotionally distant, but sweet and looking forever to find balance in all parts of herself. She often dotes upon those of her fancy, and of her prey, preferring those near her to be collected and calm in a similar manner.

Biography:
Having made a home from the ruins of an ancient palace, Ethodi now guards over her prized livestock and perfects her arts. Once a reckless child, she was an explorer in her youth, traveling far from her place of hatching and all others of her kind. Soon regarded as a monster by the local peoples, she kept mostly to the outskirts of societies until stumbling one day upon the ruined palace and decrying it her home.

She spent many years in establishing her palace once again in the local society and now spends some days entertaining guests of all statuses along side tending her flocks. She maintains friendly acquaintances with the nearby village, trading with vendors at high prices, having accumulated quite a small fortune when she was still young and feasted upon the bodies of those who dared to pose her harm. Many adventurers and young heroes has set upon the quest to slay her, though many were easily convinced against it with the hospitality she offered to them. And through cunning words sent instead to go slay those who wished her harm and had sent them on such a mission in hopes to get them killed. Those who were not convinced generally fell trap to her palace's interweaving corridors, which confused them, and the pits of which she could easily move across at full speed, and they blind with rage and hubris could not.

She had long stopped eating humans, as to maintain the small amnesty she had grown with the nearby village, so their bodies were generally allowed to be collected from the pits upon request. However quite a few had none who wished to claim them, so she had left them there to rot. That is not to says he wouldn't go for them again if she was presented the opportunity.

Likes:
She has grown quite fond the the livestock she now is caretaker over, their personalities too are nice to observe. Mahau and wine are some of her favorite drinks, though she is prone to sleeping fits from excessive consumption. She has also gotten into the habits of eating most trespassers to her garden. Though there has not been much of either wine nor trespassers near her Palace in a long long time.
Dislikes:
Ethodi loathes fires, at least those that reign uncontrolled and with little care so that they rise smoke that smothers the clean air. She hates trespassers and liars most of anything with theifs running a close third.

Fears:
She shows little fear towards many creatures with exceptions towards large birds which could carry her off. Wherever she would have met such large birds in a story you might get her to speak of at some point. Though with her large size now it is wondered if the large birds of her memories were average sized.
Weaknesses:
With a long unsegmented body and little natural armor outside of a thick sheen of scales, piercing weapons aimed properly can easily cause damage to her even if slashing weapons do little. However one or two won't do much to harm her if they do not hit anything too important and singular in nature.
