i am certainly interested in this
@Sophrus Me I need all the help I can get

Well I did before, indirectly. Although @6slyboy6 would probably have to post about it. Stealing an arms shipment should make life a little easier. As for the more help, I will need to confer with you and slyboy on how to make that work. Because the void raiders are a bunch of dicks and will demand you join the alliance before they intervene... exploitation at its finest.
Mortan watched Vaulthuz, raid the village and take the fort. A wonderful plan, He would install himself in this captured fort and finally resume his work, and with a wealth of bodies at his disposal. Mortan called his force to follow him and left the cave in haste. Vaulthuz could teleport or fly or whatever it was he just did, but Mortan had to walk, it would take an hour or so before he arrived. By then however it will be dark and his troop of Vampires should catch up with him before they invade the town.

He walks in silence with a modest horde of the dead and his own followers, mulling over the problem of so many mortals in his company. The knights and Apprentices where all mortal which seemed to displease his counterparts, and that was less than ideal if he wanted a strong place among them. He stared for a long moment at one of the fallen Paladin. "You, knight... Marcus?" he said not sure if he remembered the trivial detail of the knight's name. The knight turned "Yes my lord?" he said slightly winded, and not bothering to correct his master. "I am curious, Knight.. would you ever consider being Turned?"

"Turned?"

"Yes, Turned. By our Vampire friends."

The knight's face changed with a hint of suprise and intrige. This could be an interesting way to grow his own power, Something each of the fallen paladins lusted after. "Yes my lord! my strength, speed would be unrivaled by any other knight save for those enhanced by magic... My lord, are you trying to found an order of Vampire knights. no, Blood Knights?"

The Lich stared at him for a long moment, "Perhaps. It is an experiment that, if successful would not only make you an even greater asset, it would potentially solve some of my problems. However i want an understanding"

"what is that my lord?"

"If you are turned, your loyalty does not change. You are mine, you will owe no loyalty to the Vampires and i will grow your power far greater than they will ever allow." Says Mortan gravely, just as the sun begins slipping behind the horizon and the fires from the town grow more visible off in the distance, very soon the town would lay in ruin and the fort shortly behind it.
ok! im back!!!

also, who wants the full force of the Void Raider battle fleet to rain hell down upon your human opressors?
(yes this is an invitation for a Colab)
"Make sure to log the coordinates of this location. We will meet here once you've completed your task. Until then, try not to get yourselves killed."

Diarg scoffed, "End Transmission" he said and waited for a moment until the transmitting light winked off. "Cowards!" he shouted "Their inaction consigns thousands or millions to death!" He huffed out a sigh and slumped back into his chair. He was angry because this empire could easy push the war effort in favor of the xenos, but the Gargan had to 'prove their worth' as if they hadnt for the past 300 years. It should be simple enough however. Uniting rebellion forces under one banner, and most of these races would be utterly reliant on the Gargan for naval power for years to come until they build or stole enough to wage a real war. How many other factions had a true Battle Group with capital ships.

He nodded to navigation to log the location and to engineering to launch a small passive listening probe, just to collect transmissions and sensor data in the area. The Probe was small and only had minimal power use to store any and all data. He didnt care if the Probe was found, The Mekhar had earned little of his respect and been proven to be too timid to be trusted. "take us away Navigation" he said solemly, still thinking about slaughter of those unable hide behind Mekhar technology.

The small cruiser made all haste for the Void raider rally point and linking up with the Void raiders within a few days, just outside the Mekhar border. The trip was uneventful and the rally point was a place in deep interstellar space, days from the nearest, and almost a week from the nearest habitable planet.

"Hail the Grand Carrier" said the captain when they got within range of the battle group. "General! We have made contact with the Mekhar."

The General sat in a large command chair, that looked more like a throne with displays and controls all around him. "Very good captain, will they help us?"

Diarg sighed heavily "Yes and no general. They demand proof that we could be successful. Essentially they are asking us to unite the various rebellion factions... and then they might help us." he said, summarizing quickly.

The General groaned "Bloody cowards.." he said while his gaze unfocused thinking deeply "Very well, We can not win this war alone. we have data that many small rebellions are sparking all over the sector. We can unite them into one grand alliance and burn the Human infestation from our galaxy.. Very good Diarg, thank you for your service. Join the main battle group and we will decide the next course of action" he says and closing the hail. "Navigation, where is the closest rebellion?"

"Uh, we have a few options sir but i believe the Rarian region is closest, and with the shipment of arms we captured they will be slightly under strength for... a week or two. That said, we will have to make a stop to refuel at a gas giant, the process will take a while."

"Ah, fuel... yes." mumbled the captain "well while we refuel we can scout the various near by rebellions and see which would be the best target for our intervention... assuming they join our Alliance." he says with full seriousness, Fully expecting to exploit Alliance membership for assistance with the war effort.
@BCTheEntity I would expect a simple pressure suit would be around the air lock... not power armor or anything but still.
Not a whole penal legion. Just a squad or so. My justification is they are condemned to death anyway but the imperium just haven't gotten around to it. And joining you all is marginally safer than certain execution.
@Wraithblade6 for purposes of the RP I am going to meet you all on the ship. The techies should enter next to a few prison cells holding Oskar and his band of miscreants. This will neccesitate changing his back story some but I just got home after driving for 12-13 hours. So I will worry about that tomorrow.

Basically they are condemned prisoners and you just need to convince them to join your jolly band of pirate psychopaths.
Currently on a road trip to Las Vegas. Probably won't post much of anything till Tuesday at the earliest (probably should have mentioned this earlier)

Although Oskar doesn't --really-- exist yet so it probably won't matter.
