*the Wheel charges up, and in the middle of it, some form of tech/energy appears, I raise my arm towards it, and a string of code flys by on it, suddnely a mechanism with a handle appears. I grasp the handle*

Techi, Spirit, Ruby. Keep my energy from tearing itself apart. There's no guarantee this'll work, but it's worth a shot.

*pulls the handle slowly out. As i do, everything grows dark around us, and the wheel begins to pull energy in front of itself*

Im sure it is. Especially with many people wanting to change time. Just as many people want death upon others or ressurection of another.
