@AgniSpirit - I'm glad you approve. Sound is my favorite 'element' so I've thought about it a bunch. I already had this One Piece character in mind for a while, but when I saw a wind-fruit user, I thought this would be a perfect combination.

I wanted to point out that I think Kyubey can refuse certain wishes because the wishes are powered by emotion, the hope that goes into the wish and the potential for despair that comes out of becoming a witch. If someone tries to 'break' the system with a wish (like wishing for infinite wishes or wishing for god-like power), it is usually out of thought and calculation rather than out of emotion, and therefore, there is no energy to power such a wish. Madoka's wish worked because of the accumulated despair from multiple timelines and her conviction to end Homura's endless suffering. It also came with the cost of non-existence and it's questionable whether it actually made the world a better place or not.

I just wanted to throw that out there because this gives the GM the right to refuse certain characters who may try to play the wish-granting system.

A few questions, I don't mean to be a stickler for details, but why is he both a bitter person and a pacifist? Is he bitter because he had a bad childhood or is that just his personality? Why does he not want to kill people? Some people simply have not considered the act of murder, others make a conscious choice to avoid killing for some moral or ethical reason.

Does the deck replenish or does he run out of cards? If he runs out, how does he get/make more? If they don't run out, does he have to collect them after every battle? Why does the deck have a ten minute cooldown?

You don't have to answer all these questions, I was just wondering if there were reasons.

On the flipside, I offer my character up to the same level of scrutiny.

Saya had minimal understanding of quantum mechanics, needing to only know a bit to understand electrons due to their importance in biochemistry and neural signaling. Alpha 5's lecture, however, went completely over her head and probably also involved some astrophysics and relativity. Regardless of whether she understood or accepted his explanation, she had to believe that she was teleported because it had happened a second time. She had to believe that it was teleportation because only minutes ago she was on campus, now she was in a cemetery. It was nearly impossible for her to be moved from campus, to an unknown second location, and finally to a graveyard, even if it had been the nearest graveyard, within the amount of time that had transpired for all this to take place.

This being the case, she had to assume for the time being, that Zordon was telling the truth, the most pressing aspect of which was that Earth was in danger, and least believable of which that she was somehow qualified to defend it. Although at this point, it was fight or flight, her and the other four who had appeared in the strange room were now in a graveyard, seemingly surrounded by dangerous creatures. Escape seemed impossible, and maybe Saya would have resigned herself to her fate, but she couldn't stand letting the same happen to the others here. She looked at the 'power morpher device'. Zordon said it would transform her into a superhero. But how would she get it to work? She saw and heard a zombie hand reach out and grab one of the two young men's leg. Panicking, Saya fell to her knees, on the verge of tears, fiddling with the power morpher, shaking it, looking for buttons to press, and placing all her hopes in Zordon's words.

"Work, please, work!"
