Abilities:
Powers of undeath: Logar isn't able to be killed, but he can be destroyed. What this means, is lethal attacks, such as striking him though the heart, damaging his brain, and causing him to bleed will do little. However, there is a way to render him normally mortal. On his person, he keeps a phylactery, an amulet of great power, on his person. Destroy this, and he will be rendered mortal.
Life Drain: A work of evil magic, Logar can drain the life from those around him to repair his body. This does no direct damage, but makes his foes frailer, and unable to heal from natural sources. For example, a krogan under lifedrain would not be able to regenerate from a gunshot wound even though they normally should be able to. He must touch a foe to activate this spell, but once active, it leaves a mark that only breaks when either purged with magic, Logar is killed, or if Logar's line of sight with his foe is broken.
Drain Intelligence: Drain Intelligence is a spell that Logar learned from his time within a place known as the void, a space where Eldrich monsters roam. This allows him to consume the lesser minds of his foes...if their minds, are lesser that is. He drains their memories leaving his foes without any knowledge, while he gains what they lose. If he totally drains the mind of a foe of intelligence, he kills them, their mind forgetting how to preform basic functions. This power can be resisted by those with greater minds than Logar....Which basically means, you choose if your character is vulnerable. To rate their mind, take into consideration willpower, intelligence, and any native resistance to mind alteration. I'd prefer if people don't simply decide their characters are immune to give them an edge, if in rp they should be vulnerable. He activates this by chanting arcane and forbidden words of the Eldrich horrors. One can simply cover their ears, if they've heard none of it. If even a slight amount enters their ears, Logar will have entered their minds, and it will take his death, or magic, to stop the spell.
Ice Magic: Logar is able to throw large bolts of ice at his foes. This is his main method of attacking. Simple, magically re-enforced ice shards.
Universe of Origin: Dead. His universe of Origin is dead, completely devoid of life.
