I wasn't sure on who could and could not weild as of yet. I think it's up to Jake... Cause if I can... That just makes things A LOT harder for certain people to take on Koichi... And I figure he'd have some knowledge as his father wouldn't let him slack on just about anything.
Hehehehe This will be a good fight then. Or could just keep it physical since I doubt that one them would actually know about the other's ability to use flames.

And yes I am antagonizing that fight as much as possible. Since it is possible to beat up HIbari in manga then I shall defeat the one that I can harm. This plan is flat out genius.
