The hostages smiled in happiness as their protectors proceeded to stop the robbers from causing any more harm. Praise was anchored to the core of Clark who had untied and freed the hostages from their restraints. His strength had slowly but surely returned to his body from the lights of uv rays scouring through the windows. Kryptonian cells felt the rejuvenating effect of the Sun bringing them to life unlike what the radiation of the robber had done to the cells. Untying the last of the hostages, he lifted her into his arms and rushed the young woman into the care of the police that had arrived. Only a blur distinguished Clark from the world around him as he ran at super speed to return to Kara and The Atom.
"I see you two clean up nice." Superman gave the other two heroes a smirk. Kara's defeat of the robber gave Clark a rather pleasant feeling. She was getting better at fighting off villains and showing just how heroic she was. It was a great moment for her to be able to defeat the opponent that was causing even Clark a problem. As the police filed in to secure the area, Clark made his way over to Kara and Atom. "That was tougher then expected." He commented while placing his hand on Kara's shoulder.
I'm not saying I am/I am not joining but I'm not saying I'm following Beta and Sloth.
