Oh, yeah, that reminds me. Anyone know how many floors there are to this city? And what kinda distance are we talking between the floor of one and the floor of the one above? This city does have floors, doesn't it? Is there a big elevator to go between them? How easily could you break through the floor of one to get to the level below?

@Masaki Haruna I'll be honest I don't know much about it. What I do know is that they have charges. You saying he can only control them if they exist doesn't work too well, considering, like Salty said, they're basically the atoms to atoms. They exist everywhere, and are highly numerous.
