Rough draft put up. Will continue fleshing it out over time, I will try and have everything done by the 31st. The overall gist of it is there however.
@Terminal Put your nation in Characters
@Terminal Yes that is what I am talking about. if my humans run off and make an independent nation the C.E. gets upset. The two Majors are separate from C.E., they aren't humans. This isn't a game rule Terminal, I'm not saying you can't do any of this. I'm telling you that's how the Nation acts. When their own species splinters off and refuses to be ruled by their Nation, they don't like that. So gain an ally, or else when you're found, you'll be fought
@Terminal I would be more alright with a small habitable world instead of a Medium. And also, with the situation you propose, and choosing not to fall under the rule of the Celestial Empire, yes, you would be Rebels. And being Rebels you would be sought out and destroyed, instead of being defended against, you would be hunted. And if you were able to construct a defensible fleet, by an internal decision, the Dreadnought may be used. When the roleplay starts, C.E. is going to be giving ARG Credits to Minors with small defensive capabilities to fund a military space station for added protection (And those they like). You'll have to quickly get allies if you don't want C.E. to come wipe you out when they find you.
Otherwise, you could be a collective of transporters, traders, and other civilians, giving you added bonuses, other disadvantages, still have a lot of credits, and not be seen as Rebels... until you become hostile.
@Terminal Your Nation is a collective which we should really talk about, your humans are not part of a birthed Nation. And because it isn't birthed, I think you should get different starting things. Some disadvantages and some advantages compared to Minors, since it is a collective and not birthed within a growing system.
Also, at the first sign of conflict/hostility towards the Celestial Empire, because you have humans, you will be labeled as Rebels, and be targeted harder than ordinary enemies. This is opinionated of the Celestial Empire, not saying 'due to my rp rules you can't fight me.' I, as GM, don't care what you do, as long as it is realistic to the roleplay.
@Terminal Sorry, I never answered you. There is a council of advisers; political, military, science, etc., but they hold absolutely no control unless the Emperor gives them specific control of something. Otherwise control of science, military, etc is controlled by the high positions in those branches.
@Arawak Some Galaxies can differ in gravity and range of anomalies. Humans are restricted unless you speak to me first as I am the only human race in the galaxy. Tech Types should be chosen from the list, only aesthetics/fluff are different. The base must still be the base. I can not accept your NS at this time.
Well, sponsors got to see the episode last night. Color me jelly. However, I checked pictures people uploaded, and... well, I won't spoil the episode.

<Snipped quote by Terminal>
Are you Rebels? You will be forever a target designated by AGR and C.E.
