@Lucius Cypher

In which case I'll have a really easy time roleplaying the next four update posts. :P
@KoL

My calculations on how devastating the ice burst should be to someone in the water are generally resulting in two conclusions-

Either A: "The pressure is mostly relieved by ice expanding upwards, Miyu is fine, but trapped."
Or B: "The pressures are so intense (getting insane "the ice is now a metal" level pressures), Miyu is crushed to death instantly, because steel would behave like wet tissue paper at those pressures."
All dependent on how fast the icy burst is.
@floodtalon

So, there hasn't been anything going on for a bit IC, and I've got a funny idea. Just before the frozen burst, Miyu stabs leviathan. And then is frozen in place. And then the Leviathan moves out for Henry, which drags Miyu out of the ice towards Henry, and then she gets flopped into the "arena" made by Leviathan's coils, and you get to fight an incredibly dizzy Miyu.

Sound good?
@Lucius Cypher There were underwater colossus battles.

@KoL I didn't know if he was worried about friendly fire and had to start the spell like, 10 or so feet away from himself to avoid crushing himself due to water expanding when it is turned to ice. But I guess he's really tough, my bad.
@KoL
Was the glacial burst also hitting the area directly around the leviathan? I was gonna try to grapple on it and was debating my favorite Shadow of the Colossus track for the theme music.
@Lonewolf685

I shall do both, editting out the parts of the last post that no longer apply, and making a new post to replace those bits (as they will chronologically happen as the Leviathan is rising).

~~

Eh? It didn't seem like something terribly vital. I mean, sure Miyu might stab the leviathan once or twice now that I can react to it, but that's going to have all the battlefield impact of a flailing child.
Alright, so if I understand things correctly, the leviathan surfaced immediately after we touched the alter, so the majority of my last post never actually happened. I'm still right next to Dora (well, until Leviathan picks her up) and have an action left over because I never moved out of the hex. Me still being there is established because Henry is commanding Leviathan to toast me after Dorafraki.
@floodtalon On the subject of stealing my mech.

That is a thing you can do. And how has been established.

Miyu's mech is so closely associated with her that it respawns with her if the Nexus respawns her.

As Gwynn's death leaving behind her sword, halberd, shield, and armor means, if you killed Miyu while leaving her mech intact, and the Nexus didn't respawn her, you'd have Miyu's mech. Not sure how you'd manage that, but hey, it's a way.

If you wanted to side mission, you could infiltrate Miyu's home base, and steal one of her back up suits that she has for situations where her mech is damaged/blown up and she needs a different one and doesn't want to/doesn't have the time to commit suicide and trust the Nexus to respawn her and it. You could also blow up her mech, wait for her to come back in a back up suit she hadn't attuned to as strongly as the current one, kill her, and have that one.

You could also steal her mech by capturing/knocking her unconscious/teleporting her out of it, and not killing her. As Miyu doesn't trust the Nexus resurrection very much (and after the Angelic high command fiasco, she shouldn't :P), she'd be loathe to kill herself to respawn back with it.

Considering our relative power levels and the power levels of our friends, what with you having the silver eyes and knowing Victoire, it should be possible for you to manage one of these, with or without my permission.

Of course, if just a power boost is what you want, and not just Miyu's mech because it's Miyu's, you could totally just steal mechs straight from Machina NPCs. The Daimyo V is not meant to be a super special awesome unique prototype weapon. And if I ever get the chance, I'm totally gonna rip some rocket barrage thing or giant laser guns off Machina NPCs to temp power up.

Měihóu Niángniang

Ink suddenly raised behind Měihóu into lettering on the air itself, as she posed dramatically with a heavenward clenched hand ~CONFUSE EVERYONE NO JUTSU!~ She snapped the hand downward, and what seemed to be a combination smoke/flash bomb occurred, where flash lights scattered everywhere to blind, like a pack of firecrackers jumping around, breaking apart, and zipping everywhere, releasing smoke, so that by the time one had recovered from the flashes, the area was full of smoke.

This naturally scared the wildlife, squirrels and birds and other animals evacuating the premises. A fleeing crowd is a great mob to hide yourself in, and this is what Měihóu did, turning herself into just another rodent fleeing from the loud noise. She moved in the direction of whoever it was, though not directly at them, hoping to get a glimpse of what they were up against while still incognito.

Hopefully Axon and Titania could come up with SOME reason why two imperial agents would be meeting in the forest if they needed to keep their cover. Maybe they were lovers with a smoke/flash bomb fetish?

@TheWindel

So would the Blood Roses or whatnot prevent you from capping a point even if you got to the altar/pillar/thingie, immune to their effects?
