@floodtalon If I was trying to make a power set that balanced people for THIS roleplay, Tier 3 powers would be the tier you get 4 powers of, Tier 2's would be unlimited for flavor, Tier 1 powers wouldn't even have to be listed on your sheet, and you'd need one Tier 4 power that is to Tier 3 what Tier 2 is to Tier 1.

@Lmpkio Not saying a fight between them couldn't be cool, just that Alexi pretty much wouldn't be able to use her ice powers because of how thoroughly Gelgath dominates her in that regard. Gelgath would just have to avoid being Avalanche Strike'd into the next dimension.

@Lmpkio Alexi uses her ice almost exclusively for things like "I need a platform" or "Ice slick under your feet" that don't need a lot of power to be effective.
