Artoria: Step 1: Acquire Ruxen and Taura's powers. Step 2: Lauch self fast down towards the plasma. Step 3: Create glacier to block plasma. Step 4: Store up a little extra ice power upon foot, while transforming mostly into Taura with "heavy" powers, as I was told she had. Step 5: Glorious impact explosion. Explode current glacier, but create ice spike in its place to ride through explosion. Step 6: Ride ice spike towards Eos. Laugh maniacally.

Miyu: Step 1: Use Daimyo carried explosives and shields to block plasma. Step 2: Grab the rest of her stuff. Step 3: Run away.
@floodtalon I did say strongest demon, which narrows it down to one third, and original, which narrows it down to... very few people. Demons have a hella-turnover. But yeah, Henry pretty boss even still.
In the beginning: "Instead of hitting the same key over and over again to accuse us, you could easily have said what I'm doing wrong and I could either find a solution for it or explain the situation"
KoL, I think part of the Machina frustration might be because of the above reason. You kept berating the Machina for not working together, not following orders, and being generally ineffective. When people responded that they were working together, and that Eos wasn't giving any orders... The discussion stopped. You didn't go "Hmm.. You're right, what else might be the problem?" and acknowledge that publicly.
Now, I think you ARE learning from things and trying to remedy that, I heard you guys might have anti-portal/teleport technology emplacement ideas in the works, but that was a very subtle implication too late. If you guys are taking our advice in mind, which I think you are, you might want to let people know. In other words, "Let them see you sharpen the sword before you fall on it" or, phrased differently, "An apology no one sees is no different from an apology that didn't happen".
Personally, I think things are getting better. I feel a lot more comfortable about asking you guys for advice on how an action I'm thinking about considering would pan out. But, obviously, not everyone feels that way.
Miyu was busy pilfering parts, when suddenly, the place started filling with plasma. "Execute Charlie Two." Miyu said, not looking up more than a bare glance. The Daimyo launched the explosives it had been carrying in its chest for any incidental sabotage Miyu might do just to keep up appearances of being kinda sorta on team Angel. Exploding these in the face of the oncoming plasma wave weakened it severely, at least, the tiny little fraction of it that would have otherwise hit Miyu, the Daimyo, and the Beast, and then the Daimyo's shields took care of the rest.
"Now, stuff this in the cockpit, and pick up this." Miyu tersely ordered the Daimyo, figuring it was about time to get out.
"Alright, let's go." Miyu and company then left the building, greeted with a angelic shield, and a whole lot of angelic energy. And the sky (or all the junk therein) was kinda sorta falling."Man, they're really going at it." Miyu picked her way off the side of the battle with her second grade spoils. Once again, having targeted unimportant gear hopefully meant there would be no pursuit meant just for her.
Artoria, Master of the Maniacal Menagerie
“Yeah, well quit it. You’re turning the entire fucking place into a sauna and I’m certain that shit isn’t appreciated by anyone else here. It makes my fur stand on end and that takes too much fucking time to fix.”
"Oh... Um.. I guess I could stop.." Artoria stopped what she was doing and followed Ruxen's gaze, coming a little bit closer to see things from the same angle "OOOH! GO LEVIATHAN! Ooooh... Ouch.. Darn.. Ooof.." She cheered for the leviathan, which was not having the best of luck, taking on so many Machina heavy hitters at once, since it seemed from here that Ciel and her summons were the only angels left on the battlefield to Artoria.
“Oh no, fuck this shit,” Upon this, Artoria was already smiling, because she had gotten a lovely new wonderful form. Ruxen's was nice too, but this was an amazing power. And it didn't use her wing slot, making it fully compatible with Ira.
Perhaps not taking the action Eos might expect with abusing her portals to absorb the attack and then release it back, Artoria felt she had no need to do so. She already had a plan to turn this newest attack against Eos that did not require that. She jumped straight down the fortress towards the source of the plasma with all of Ira's and Mephila's speed. She unleashed all of her power behind the Leviathan's breath, Artoria sending forth an impromptu glacier of ice at the incoming star of plasma bare inches in front of herself, focusing on creating as much ice with as warm a temperature as ice could have. Just before impact, timing it with, she twirled, and caught her breath with her foot, transforming almost all her body into Taura's and impacting with that iced foot against her glacier just as the plasma hit it from the other side. Eos' plasma, Leviathan's ice, mixed with the loving care of Taura's weight at Ira's speed. Makes an explosion for quite a few.
Under the extreme heat of the plasma, the ice would be transformed into oxygen and hydrogen, and have a LOT of energy applied to it. Splitting a water atom into it's constituent parts required about 2.96 eV, and the plasma of a star met that requirement even at middling temperatures, and was soo, soo much hotter than that at its core. The heat applied to the ice would also cause explosions from the gas forming so rapidly and so hotly, creating a pressure wave and explosion, in addition to the extra explosion from freed hydrogen igniting. As this attack wasn't Eos' or Artoria's, but rather the result of their attacks clashing, Eos' anti-friendly-fire magic wouldn't be able to prevent it from harming allies, but neither would Artoria be able to use Manifest Destiny to do the same.
The reason for icing her foot at the last second, was upon the impact that shattered and exploded her glacier, creating an ice spike to penetrate through the breach in the plasma created by the explosion, as well as create an eye in the storm for herself. Taura's durability handled the sharpnel, Ira's fire resistance tamed the heat, and Artoria's own heart regenerated from the radiation faster than it could accumulate.
Now Eos had an Iratauria riding a giant ice spike straight down at her command center with excessive force and an explosion at her back, due to Artoria aiming for the center of the plasma.
"MWHAHAHAHAHAHA!" She laughed maniacally, hands wide apart and upraised in the traditional pose, as she crashed downwards. The bunny ears did dampen the menace just a little bit though.
I'm not sure how much I'll excel at slice of life, I think I did an alright job of it once. But the idea of mechs with a realistic gritty style and slow progression rather than "And suddenly, we developed in secret a new mech that has a hundred tentacle arms that can jab into an entire battalion of mechs and take them all over!" would be nice.
@TheWindel Hey, that's still nifty and good to know. Thank you.
I was previously confused as to whether it was a "I can't die" immortality, or a "I always come back" immortality. The former would be broken on Artoria as to render her absolutely undefeatable except via capture.
