@TheWindel Miyu was done after getting toasted by Juno twice (I consider being throwing into mines and spikes as much her fault as Ni-Mu's), while Juno and Henry got toasted by her once, and then by Eos once, and then gave up.
@KoL And I'd be totally fine with an endless war if that meant "endless battles with other players" I'm not particularly fine with endless war when that means "Choose which GM character you want to get your face crunched in by today".

Almost all the characters who are giving up on the war/desperately trying a new angle are collectively doing so because they're tired of getting their shit wrecked by Vassals and Vassal-tier threats who are above the scale allowed to PCs. Henry, Fran, and Miyu's reasons for going "well, this is pointless" can basically be summarized "Juno and a little bit of Eos".

I maintain that the worst thing to happen to this roleplay, was when Juno showed up, and half the playerbase suddenly jumped in power to try and fight her, and the other half stayed true to their characters, resulting in basically halving the pool of people who could enjoy fighting each other.

Juno's an interesting character, but she wrecked the power balance when she showed up.
@KoL It doesn't help that all the main characters just give one or two cryptic hints per battle while the playerbase attritions. If it weren't for Banana* and Lmpkio's* prolific rosters, we'd probably have more GM characters than player characters at this point.

*Thanks, btw, otherwise heaven would literally be just Omega, who hasn't been doing anything but pocket sand. :P
@Lucius Cypher GM's have since said "no, imagination does not actually do anything, despite the initial area description, but we'll let you continue to do your thing, cause inertia."
@thewizardguy I mean, it's been established that if the armies ever get uppity and close to winning, they just wipe them out and start over.

Winning is not and never has been the goal. Thus, all kinds of bad leadership is completely excused, because, well, why would they even want to lead well?
@thewizardguy There are supposedly battles going on that the unused characters might be part of, but most of the time people are just lazing around.

Also, people without names don't matter.

Miyu, of all people, managed to destroy the entire demonic army sans people with names once, and it didn't even slow them down.
@Lonewolf685 What does Luci like to eat, and what's the size of her appetite?
@KoL @TheWindel Does it count as a character participating in a battle, if a character lays a blessing spell on someone pre-fight and then stays home?

Aka, if Miyu just goes "And now your Armor is Mantle of Unconquerable Sun'd for a defense boost" to Henry, and then stays home, does she count as a participating character?
@KoL No, the Angel's Shtick is Trickery. The only two battles they've won have been through A. Kiting and B. Literal Luck of the Draw. They've never won by actually fighting.

The Demon's Shtick is Quality. The only two battle's they've won have been through Victoire carrying them.
@Awesomoman64 Well, is Omega gonna start helping? Or is it going to be like the Eve Miyu battle squad of last team where Eve runs in and gets beaten up, while Miyu does nothing important.
