The highest, most decisive experience is to be alone with one's own self. You must be alone to find out what supports you, when you find that you can not support yourself.

The core of an individual is the mystery of life, which dies when it is 'grasped'. That is also why symbols want to keep their secrets.

Bio

The Harbinger of Ferocity

Agent of the Wild, Aspect of the Ferine
Nature, red in tooth and claw.

"There is, indeed, no single quality of the cat that man could not emulate to his advantage."
- Carl Van Vechten

I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.

My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

Sorry, i guess i don't know when people are messing around either...

It rarely translates across the Internet well.
It was more along the lines of I had nothing of value to input, unfortunately.
Oh? What genre do you usually tend to stick to, if you don't mind my asking?

I tend toward realistic modern supernatural or fantasy; the lower, grittier aspects more appreciated than others. I'm not one for high fantasy, as an example, wherein wizards are actively re-writing reality, some great pantheon constantly intervening in the works of mortals, etc. Likewise, the supernatural modern realm more akin to the dangers or threats both humans, parahumans and those things truly monstrous would contend with... all while attempting to keep "reality" in check within the genre, in either case.

It helps me little that my favored themes - those savage, beastly and feline - are a very minor representation in most greater genres, such as horror, survival, fantasy, supernatural and the like.

evening

Good evening.
Absolutely nothing of interest, unfortunately. For the life of me I cannot find a roleplay of which I would be suited for and vice-versa; granted the caliber of characters I play are part of a narrow band of archetypes and ideas, but at the same time... some trends don't seem to change across the genre.
I see.

And what is it you find yourself up to this late evening?
Ah, you're like me, a night owl.

By both virtue and nature.
Where did everybody go...? ;-;

I've gone nowhere in this case; I am awake while most others are asleep.
I can't tell if you're doing the furry thing or if you actually once lived in the mountains...
I hope its the latter, cause furries make me uncomfortable.

Anyhow, I'm off. Wifey chores and studying. *wave*

I actually did once upon a time, for close to seven years, but I had been away from it only to come back and find my humble little town completely changed after another five or so years. While I miss it, both the environment and people are quite different now, as its busy, crowded and becoming part of an ever expanding sea of homes along its range.

All the same, enjoy your night.

Hah, "the furry thing". That is mildly amusing.
I know that feeling all too well; in a way, my home was taken from me. It is... simply not the same anymore. The people who have come there have changed it. Perhaps in the future I will return there to those alpine forests and great mountains, but keep my distance.
Here is to the hopes that you can find yourselves off the island to yet another interesting place, rather than a mundane one.
