The highest, most decisive experience is to be alone with one's own self. You must be alone to find out what supports you, when you find that you can not support yourself.

The core of an individual is the mystery of life, which dies when it is 'grasped'. That is also why symbols want to keep their secrets.

Bio

The Harbinger of Ferocity

Agent of the Wild, Aspect of the Ferine
Nature, red in tooth and claw.

"There is, indeed, no single quality of the cat that man could not emulate to his advantage."
- Carl Van Vechten

I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.

My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

Having started reading into the attack on the mosque in Egypt, a major if not defining point is that the victims of the attack were Sufi Muslims, meaning those who are considered generally moderate and more liberal in their reading of the Koran. The attack was carried out by Sunni extremists, notably the Wahhabists sect, as they have a particular hatred for the Sufis who they consider heretical because they are not so literal about the matter and that, apparently, they place a higher value on their holymen to which is viewed as polytheism to an extent.

This should be noted as a tragedy all the same despite the fact both factions support Sharia Law, execution of homosexuals, child marriages and honor killings. Massacres, especially in houses of worship are about as offensive and evil a crime one can carry out against humanity as a whole. There are things worse than that, but legitimately these people were slaughtered just because the radical Muslims think them heretics.
That said, I will send you a private message likely this evening with the information you requested, @Guardian Angel Haruki.
That was my intent, more or less followers, the sort who with the right motivation - namely food, care and attention - will stand to fight, but are not zealots; if it comes down to being too dangerous, I imagine they will probably withdraw. More or less animal diplomacy and persuasion, rather than command as with beast mastery. The only goal in this is not to have a revolving door of beasts, mostly to just keep the few hunting cats I can recruit as company, @Guardian Angel Haruki.
This is what I have thus far with Wildwalker Shaedra Galandoel. Before I commit to it, @Guardian Angel Haruki, I would like to know your opinion on it and the general notion of trying to use Animal Friendship, Animal Handling, and Speech of the Woods to recruit animal companions.
Of all your starter packs, I believe you have found one that might be legitimately accurate, @Dynamo Frokane. I have seen, known, or met this type of person time and again, just as we all know the suburban dad who wears jean shorts with white socks.
Thank you, @Guardian Angel Haruki, and I suppose the point is attempting to find a primary spellcasting focus for myself then given we are so few in those thus far, @JBRam2002. Sorcerers as a whole encourage me to like them, but there just simply feels as though there aren't enough options with them. Bard feels like a reasonable compromise, but we haven't a cleric either and I've yet to dabble with anything spell heavy; druid and paladin have just always played right. Again, waiting at this rate is my best option it seems.

As an addition, having read into it more, a wood elf Circle of the Shepard druid specializing in Primal Savagery and animal company with the addition of the Elven Accuracy feat makes for a viable, versatile sort. I might need well stay with my original intent.
The College of Swords bard is a definite option, being somewhere between all the desired outcomes, as does the Stone Lineage sorcerer with an altered theme and flavor. Charisma certainly has never been my forte and as much as I enjoy playing paladins, I feel I might come off a bit tropish as this rate, though I might well avoid it with Oath of Devotion which I've yet to try, @JBRam2002.
In such a case I might need consider an alternate role so we haven't too much overlap, @JBRam2002. At this rate, waiting to know more of those joining is perhaps a greater priority. There are a few other classes I haven't had the opportunity to try out as it were. In fact, I could say that for most the game - nothing much experienced beyond 6th level.
@JBRam2002, more than anything it depends entirely on what you intend to do with it. Most of the idea behind what I am trying to leverage is to field more creatures and have more things to improve with spells and effects. Something different than my usual penchant for going right to the fray.
I am pledging my interest here, as at the moment I am looking into playing a Circle of the Shepard druid with a heavy emphasis on recruiting animal allies through Animal Friendship, Beast Bond, and the like while using them to grant advantage to the melee in the party as well as the druid themselves, mostly because of Primal Savagery. Do let me know if this is a viable and reasonable thing for this campaign; I do not intend to have a mass army that is, just a mighty companion or a few lesser beasts and the summons to follow in time.
