Personality: Scarlet is a smart and manipulative woman. She will do anything to complete her mission, no matter what it takes. She despises all supers and has sworn to take every last one down even if it kills her. Scarlet is willing to lie, cheat and even steal if she has to, as long as it gets the job done.

Bio: Scarlet is a undercover agent of the government. They had killed a super and on him they had found a letter with a map attached telling all supers, active or sleeping to go to the marked location. She receieved a special mission to inflitrate the Supers and find out any information about them. With the governments technology, they implemented a way to fool any and all supers with power sensing capabilities. The chip which was hidden on her skull allowed her to masquerade as a super. The chip was still experimental and there was no guarntees it would work however a letter arrived for Scarlet a few days later. They had achieved it. They gave Scarlet a few different devices to help her display her 'power' off to other supers. Now, all she had to do was not get caught.

Power: 'Intuitive Aptitude' however this is just a ploy to trick supers. Scarlet has no real power and actually works with the government.

Weapon: A sword made out of tech. It can be transformed into a rifle whenever she wants. She also has magnetic guanlets which allows her to pull and retract any magnetic objects. Her belt is able to send a bolt of elecricity, camoflague her, and a few other things. Scarlet has several blueprints hidden in her sleeves, socks, shoes and even in a backpack among other materials she might need.

Personality: Elizabeth is a revengeful and extremely hateful spirit now. She no longer holds the capability of being kind and caring. The only thing which drives her forward is revenge and she will stop at nothing to get it. She can however still talk using her powers. She can understand what others say and even though she is unabole to physically feel emotions herself she can feel the emotions of others.

Bio: Elizabeth was one of the most unluckiest people alive. Everything was great for her, she was happy, she had a job, a husband and even children but one day, the government came and took it all away from her. They captured her and blindfolded her. They threw her in a van and took her to god knows where. Then, she was shot and dumped in a hole. In the past few days Elizabeth rapidly decomposed in an unnatural speed and before she knew it, Elizabeth was awake again but this time she had only one thought, revenge. Unknowingly, her power had activated and the government had tracked her and killed her. What they didn't know is that her power was the power of the undead. The government were speechless when they learned that the woman they had killed had come back far stronger than she was the first time. Elizabeth killed any and all government agents who came to try and stop her but she wasn't done. Her lust for vengence was still causing her pain. She wanted to kill them all.

Personality: Tifa is a no good, dirty rotten lying thief. She never does anything for anyone unless it benefits her. She is selfish and her loyalty lies only with herself. Tifa will quite literally stab you in the back to get what she wants if she has to with no guilt on her consence.

Bio: Tifa grew up in a family of liars. Her mother was an addicted drug addict, her father a cheating sleezy drunk. Tifa caught her mother over and over again stealing money and whatever else she could get just so she could buy more drugs. Tifa left as soon as she was able to get by on her own but in order to survive, Tifa had to lie and steal. It got easier and easier the more she did it to the point where it became natural for her. Her fingers tingled when she saw an easy target. This was her life, this was her way.

Personality: Kasumi is highly skilled and intelligent. She is quick on her feet, extremely agile and can tell lies so well, it is nigh impossible to detect with normal means. Kasumi is a assassin as well as a master theif and is a hired assassin. Kasumi loves to have a little fun, and when she isn't trying to kill you, she is often quite relaxed and fun loving.

Bio: Kasumi was at first a normal girl who had a normal life. However when her powers awakened that all changed. The government came after her, trying to kill her. She had to constantly be on the move until she learned to control her power. It took weeks to fully master it to the point of appearing in mid air was no longer a problem. She could land swiftly on her feet and turn around in an instant. When the government came for her next time she decided to test out how well she could use her power in a real situation. She teleported constantly, tripping them up and attacking them where they were vunulable. The government found it extremely difficult to catch her. Eventually Kasumi had enough of playing nice. She stole two short swords from the blacksmith and when the government came for her again Kasumi went on the kill. She left the agents their for a warning to anyone who wanted to try and stop her just because she was different. A few days later her skills got noticed by a certain group of inviduals. They approached her and asked her to join their brotherhood, a group of assassins who were hired to kill, and in return they offered santuary. Of course, Kasumi accepted.

Power 1: Kasumi is able to teleport anywhere she wants as long as she can see the destination. Anything she is holding, including people, teleports with her.

@myinneroblivion Each character will get a letter with a map attached to it. My characters which I shall be making tomorrow will be leading others into a sanctuary, a place to hide from the government. He’ll provide transportation and try to help anyone who needs help traveling.
