maybe because for some reason this SD comes with 7 limited cards including limiter remover which is OPAF in a 4k duel given one cyber dragon direct attack, drop limiter at damage step.

Both of his Decks are like that. They just contain way to many good cards... not enouth crap ones or ones that an't as good as other cards.

Eff:During the turn this card is XYZ summoned,it can attack directly,but does halved battle damage. Once per turn,when a effect is activated that targets any 'Machination' monsters on the field,you can detach one Material from this card,negate the effect,then inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

First one is broken as hell. Its borderline immortal. Smack that thing with Axe of Despair or the like and reap.
If its attack was what like 1700 or the like (something less to compensate for that effect) then I could see it in a duel But 2600 attack My god.

Brron is again Broken. (their is a reason CHANGE Of heart is banned. but taking all of them at once jesus.) also its attack is basically infinity +1 Opponant has a card with infinite attack. According to this card. this card is basically infinite +1. Broken

Sniper is a little iffy. but its the least overpowered of what you just listed
