@1Charak2 There's not a level 4 with 2000 ATK machine you can get out on turn 1, and cyber dragon needs a monster on your opps side. Then you still need another monster as a followup. So that's three cards, and if your opponent has a counter, -3 cards.

Mad King Machination Brron is not all that useful against Void End Dragon since the card has an effect that negates its effect and destroys it when it targets Dragon or Machine Type monsters on Tsukiko's side of the field.

@1Charak2 I doubt you will see Shinrei that much. He got assigned to the Light Dorm so practically he won't be around as much as his sister.
Since you requested I pulled out two of those cards and replaced them with other cards I am very familiar with and use quite often.
Anyway, his sister got assigned to the Earth Dorm so you'll see her more than anything. The reason Shinrei got assigned to the Light Dorm is he is a former World Circuit Duelist. Hopefully that clears up some confusion there.
