Assault Blackwing - Hamon the Downpour.

Just sounds cooler then sleet. Plus the Hamon is the blade pattern of a japanese sword meaning that since most Assault Blackwings are named after weapons, a Tuner thats named after the visual effect of the sword during creation. Makes sense as the Tuner is literally creating birds with weapons.

so basically If i run three of it? I can usually get a guaranteed 6 star synchro, awesome. Also both monsters get their effects still so. Thats also cool.

(probably might want to add a restriction on a self fulfilling tuner)

Hand Destruction by itself its kinda strong, considering how this monster is going to work in the deepspace deck, forcing your opponent to discard wouldn't make for a fun game.
