Yes, actually. It's time to decide if you're going to stick with just sensing EE or if you want to actually be able to see it. Doing so will require a simple surgery, in case that makes a difference.

And that's about it when it comes to Spirit Energy. Use it as a gun or a sword or whatever else you can think of, just keep in mind that using it will drain your stamina pretty easily.
