Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Jessica Bunny: You live in America! College is optional (and expensive) and around you is opportunity. I believe you can make it!

@deadpixel101
If it comes to absorbing impacts/energy why not make the talent eating. He can take hits that turns into energy, with a maximum of how much his stomach can take.
For releasing energy, it can be just that: her talent is releasing a lot of energy in one go. This can be retained as an ability, but the scope is greater.

@Apokalipse, only now you mention you're a girl! Or did I miss the reveal somehow?b:D
Meruin was for once, fully surprised by the spell Cruz unleashed. She shot a dirty glance at the blinding light, right before teleporting right next to Ryan. The light shined through them, however, the area nine square meters around Meruin was still damaged, and remained the same as before.

"Oh . . . it was harmless," said Meruin, looking around her. It looked like all the spell did was fix things. Well, whatever. Cruz should have known better than to cast a spell like that without telling anyone.

@MagusDream, @floodtalon
It was the third day of the new semester at Saint Dymphna's. Some students were reacquainting themselves with friends and discussing various topics, other students were still getting used to the large dormitory campus. Overall, things were proceeding as one would expect at such a large boarding school. The welcoming ceremony had just finished and it was currently lunch time. As it was still the first few days of school, there would be no classes in the afternoon. Until the week was over, every lunch time until curfew hours would be free time for the students.

Among the students, word had spread quickly about a large 'introduction party' for the newcomers. Outwardly, there wasn't anything unusual about it, however there was an undercurrent if secrecy in the air.

The truth was, every years, the upperclassmen would use the party as a way to break-in new students to the whole idea of 'you have powers now!', but of course, the people that just came to the school had no idea. Naturally, for the upperclassmen, watching their shocked and panicked faces was part of the fun when it came to revealing the hidden side of the school.

@HylianRose Yay! Nice to have you back, Rose~! Accepted of course. Move her over to the Character tab with the rest of them.

@SillyGoy Sorry I didn't PM you. Apokalipse already mentioned that he would do so, and I didn't wanna be redundant.

@Obscene Symphony No problems with your character, Symph, so just like the others, move her over to the character tab :D

Anyway, once @deadpixel101 and @Freeshooter92 are done with their characters, we can formally start the RP :)
Meruin, upon looking at the spectacle before her, opened her mouth and looked like she very much wanted to say something. Suddenly, she closed it, pursed her lips, then just stopped altogether. She turned to Ryan.

"Ah, you know what, I think you may be right. We'll step out, however, we do still have a duty to make sure this doesn't go overboard," she said. "Honestly, if it isn't Marcus and Deus, then it's Agni and Cornelia. Does everyone here have a hit-list I don't know about?"

You know what? She would hang-out with Liz. Yeah, that seemed like a much more sensible option.
Is this a still accepting? :)
@Freeshooter92 Well why the hell not? xD Gonna have a hell of a time convincing everyone that he really is a high schooler though.

EDIT: WHOOPS. I thought your signature was a picture of your supposed character. Well, that's what I get for using a tiny ass touch screen phone :/
Don't forget the fact that she's also been through horrible life situations and probably looks like a wet kitten when crying :D
The agent, once Nina finished speaking, gave a stiff nod of the head, turned, and proceeded to walk away from the crowd. The aide remained, however, and gave a stiff nod of her head.

"Before I depart, Miss. Smith, a few reminders are in order: One, she is not to be paired with anyone in a dorm and asides form i- her classes, is to be kept in strict isolation. Two, someone is to keep her under guard and surveillance during the nights, and she is to be strapped to her bed to prevent her from moving - or escaping. Three, an agent from the government will be on hand to assist with these tasks, just in case there is no one available to work on them." Left unsaid but definitely implied was that the government agent would be observing the Academy's own staff when interacting with Deia.

"Finally, it is in our best interest that we once again remind you, Miss. Smith, to not get too attached to i- her. Remember what she is capable of, and the threat she represents. We do not treat her as a human, because doing so will help us grow attached to i- her. Now, she may be one of your students, but take note that we brought her here only because the team that rescued her recommended it, citing your schools excellent track record, to re-appropriate her use. If it turns out that they were mistaken in their claims, we would like to remind you that there were other methods thought up for putting Esper #1020467-D to good use, and we will not hesitate to fall back on them. That is all I have to say."

The agent said all of this in a completely business-mannered tone. Once she finished, she did not wait for Smiths' response, and much like the agent before her, turned on her heel and left. Once she got passed the crowd of students, she suddenly disappeared - obviously, the woman herself was a meta-human.

Now only the small girl in the wheelchair was left. The tiny thing stared wordlessly at the principle, and suddenly, there was a flash of energy that pulsed into the Vice Principles' mind. It wasn't harmful in anyway, and it was weak enough that it could easily be ignored, even by people without any training, but it conveyed a sense of feeling.

A slight sense of curiosity, mixed with fear, and a great deal of confusion. All of that came from an expressionless Deia, in the form of a psionic pulse.
