Where are all of the Xmen games? Deadpool just came out on video and Xmen Apocalypse is about to come out. I was expecting more hype.

Are you kidding? Jason Todd was the real villain, beating up poor criminals just trying to make ends meet. He deserved to be beat to death with a crow bar.

@rocketrobie2 It seems that John Stewart might have betrayed the Guardians. Maybe they could send Hal or Kyle after him. Or you could make an OC or do something else.

Or we could go a different route. Last time I had Anarchy date Terra, who was just a civilian in college. This time, Trinity could be dating Anarchy. Their goals are quite similar, as are their jobs. He can even feel pain and trauma, similar to her seeing it. Sure, it might not last, but it could work for a little while.

@DoubleWe could very easily have a government in exile trying to reestablish itself using people that are still loyal to it. Eiling, Waller and others could be funding a revolution to try and reestablish a government in some location. Maybe even some former Heroes/Villains (including Flash, as he was in the police) could be helping them out.
They couldn't force people to back them up, because that would attract security forces and drive away people. Anarchy has been spreading his records of all the bad things the government did, and his reasons for doing it. You don't want people to side with him. Protests, Public speeches, even local governments could pop up (in areas with vast majority support for it).
Or maybe Eiling tries to conquer a city with what military he can gather.

I don't entirely agree with his actions, he should have just started his own colony to start his society, but once he started taking out government sites and drawing in the JL, it's understandable that he would side with the enemies of his enemy.
I think that, at least, he would see his actions as the best option and his goal as noble. Not sure if that makes him an anti-villain, but he sees himself as an anti-hero.
