I feel like this question has probably already been asked, but what order are the floats going in?
I personally like to portray biotics specifically more like in ME 1/the lore. That is to say, slightly longer cast time, much longer 'cooldown' and a much more significant effect.

I tend to portray tech more like in ME3, with quickish cooldowns and less extreme effects. That said, I never really spam powers in combat here, nor do I assign a really specific number of powers to any given post... I just go with what feels right and balanced.

Another thing to note is that typically enemies will have the same things we do, unlike in the game where the enemies all get a specialized and usually weaker set of abilities comparative to shep.

For biotics, I think it should kind of depend on what you're doing; the more of an impact you want to inflict on your opponents, the more energy it requires and the longer it takes to recover from. For example, using a biotic push to just knock someone off their feet would take less effort and you would recover faster than if you threw them across a room, and would have even more of an impact on you if you tried it on multiple people.
@Thundercrash Couldn't she wear a disguise, like a hood or a helmet? Unless you're really dead set on her slumming on the USS Hepatitus for what could be quite a while real time, there's ways to get her involved without compromising her identity.

Being seen and shot is only half her concern, the other half is that she had agreed not to come back. And when Tia agrees to something, she will never go back on her word.

I'm alright with that, I'll still be keeping an eye on things. It just so happens that current events are conflicting with her character traits.

Exactly what I was thinking. I think Mirage just might be our de facto mission control for every ground run we do.

Also who among the crew has the most experience in Omega?

That's one.

I know Mirage, for another. I think Tia too, if I'm not wrong.

Hazan's worked on the station for several years as a merc, but I won't be surprised if Duuka trumps him in how much he knows since he's lived there. That's kind of a bigger attachment to a place than simply work.

There's Dex too, I think.

Vellios.

Uhh who else am I missing

I'm a bit late to this party, but you are correct. When Tia wasn't working on Eclipse smuggling ships she was usually working somewhere on Omega, and she was born there as well.

That said, Tia will not under any circumstances set foot off the Boreales as long as they are docked at Omega. She's basically just waiting for them to go somewhere where there isn't a risk of her being shot on sight.

She could still technically help with supplies and stuff, but you'd have to hire her, and even then she'd just be talking over communications.
If we're going off stereotypes, I'd say the options are Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, Victini, one of the Spirit Pokemon, maybe Cresselia or Meloetta. Shaymin and Mew are out since the post implies that the former is someone else, and we know Mew is dead.
Tia is pretty well off for a mercenary, but for the time being she has no intention of contributing to the group funds.
At this point, @Zanavy, it kind of isn't fair to not say who Emry is, since we know who everyone else is. Why keep her hidden?
@Thundercrash I think it's more productive to pick out the characters who aren't :P

Oh, you haven't seen anything yet.
It is pretty impressive, but if we can keep this momentum going, then I'll be really impressed. So here's hoping.

On a separate note, @Leos Klien and I have both agreed that Rebeca is the official shit-stirrer of the group.
From what I remember, if you were lucky then nothing would happen, but yeah, you'd most likely have a pretty severe allergic reaction. And not just to the food either. Mordin did warn Shepard not to "ingest" XD
