Something I once did for an rp? I compiled a list of cards for a deck, each one numbered. To do the random draw, I used a Google app that randomly generates numbers, with the range limited to the number of cards in my "deck".
I'm not sure I understand how it's meant to work- when you say the winner is random, it kind of implies to me that you can out-duel the opponent, but still lose?? Would skill in the game even matter??
I mean, if you want, but it won't be going anywhere anytime soon. My current situation is not good for keeping up with these, and you seem to be the only one still responding.

The fly gave chase as the vehicle got moving, jostling the vehicle as it latched onto the side! The driver screamed as he fought to maintain control of the vehicle, swerving around the corner.
It crawled along the outside of the car as it picked up speed, over to the passenger side...
