Oh, neat. Didn't know they made Agar cake, but I did know about agar, but didn't know it was commonly eaten, by humans at least. Apparently you can make a gelatin substitute with agar, since it usually has animal proteins in it, so vegetarians can have jello shots? So I've heard.
Like the English kind or the American kind? Or the international term referring to a sweet food item eaten after a meal?
