Done. Now we wait.
You have permission to re-post Telur's interactions with Kumanu and the entire Storage Unit Scene as your first Post. I'll do similarly with Hura and everything in Bo-Congero.

1,300 AE, Two Days Until Red Star Festival, Late Afternoon

The thrum of mechanicals running down and around the great concourse around the City Center droned on as the sun began its slow journey towards night. Atop the tower of stone, to which all looked for leadership, a single figure emerged. Unnoticed by the Matoran below, the one in dull red armor reached out, grasping what seemed to be a tube like device, and lifting it toward the mask he wore.

"Greetings to all- friends, brothers, sisters," a stately voice came from various points across the city, in homes through small radio boxes, and out into the streets from electronic horns of sound, "This is Turaga Kalu of Ta-Congro, Leader of the Great Exodus. I would like to begin by reminding you all that the Red Star Festival is only two days away," Kalu paused, allowing those hearing him to react, "Preparations have already begun, and it is with great excitement that I bring you the official location of viewing place for this year," another pause, and the sound of shifting as the Turaga drew a sealed note from his person and opened it, "The place in our Great City with the honor of hosting the ceremonial viewing of the Red Star is- Fe Congro!"
Ko-Congro, Same Day

Within a chilled office in a large storage facility, full of various crates being loaded and unloaded, stacked and unstacked by Ko-Matoran, a small radio crackled out this message amidst the static, causing great distress to the room's singular occupant.
"Valmai," the figure spat, the bile in his voice palpable, "The Festival was supposed to be in Ko-Congro this year."
An aged fist slammed against a round desk, scattering small cog like widgets and notations on stone and paper alike scattering. The same hand placed itself ponderingly upon a ridged, vent like side of the white mask he wore, while the other gripped a silvery staff whose bottom arced and curved, ending almost like a hammer, but showing evidence of the inner curve being used to pry objects open.
"And who decided Kalu could run his hands through Vo-Congero anyway?" he fumed.
The imposing Turaga Talur stood, shoulders haunched forward, letting out a huff of disgust.
Name: Vhis
Element: Sonics
Mask: Powerless Kanohi Volitak- Mask of Stealth
---- Shaped like a Great Volitak. May or may not actually be a Volitak.
Gender: Female
Appearance: A rather unassuming Matoran with black body armor and a dark grey mask. Her eyes are pale red, and her knees, that backs of her hands, and the tops of her feet are grey. She is particularly thin, and much of her inner structure shows, as her armor is not very thick.
Occupation: Vhis works as an informant for the Turaga, and the Vatali by extension. She investigates suspicious areas and reports illegal activities.
Description: Being a De-Matoran, Vhis is, and prefers things to be, quiet. She very much keeps to herself, and, because of her tending the Temple at De-Congro from a young age, knows little of how to deal with others.
Tools: Flare Launcher- A small, conical device (similar to a condensed Nynrah Ghost Blaster with no extra ammunition) which launches a flare to emit light. Used if Vhis is in trouble.

Flare Shot- Extra shot for flare gun. (x1)
Name: Hura
Element: Plantlife
Mask: Powerless Kanohi Rode- Mask of Truth
----- The Powerless Kanohi Rode has a similar appearance to a Powerless Rau, but lacking the line like marking, and being held closer to the face.
----- While Hura believes this to be a Kanohi Rode, it is, in fact, made of an unknown Kanoka composition.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hura is a small looking, compact Matoran with dark green armor. His mask has blue stripes painted near the cheek area, and his knees, fingers, eyes, and the toes of his boots are a light blue (translucent cyan in the set,) and what isn't armored of his arms and legs has a dark grey color.
Occupation: Hura works as an apprentice for an apothecary in Bo -Congro.
Description: An inhabitant of Bo-Congro, Hura lives a quiet life, away from the city's center. Most of his time mid-day is spent foraging for various plants, and harvesting their fruits, seeds, roots, stems, and leaves for the local apothecary. While he is neither the strongest or most swift of his peers, he makes up for it by taking his time, and acting deliberately. His Kanohi Rode and its twin marks remind him how plants can be deceiving. While not the most apt for physical activities, he does enjoy the outside air, and watching small Rahi amongst the trees of his home in the foothills.
Tools: Grabbing Staff- A scissor shaped handle, onto which a spoon like head is set, used to pluck and scoop various fruits and other parts of plants.

Kumanu

"I think I've seen him Bo-Congro-side before. Always bringing back some Rahi or another. Sometimes they're not even from The Green, like Spiny Stone Apes, or Nui Jaga. I don't know who tells him to do what, or how he gets them to stop moving long enough to drag them here. They scare me some times, the Rahi. Not the Barkas, no, but the big ones, Ash Bears and Nui-Jaga. A little too big for a small Matoran. Sometimes I worry about Kumanu, but the city's not worth digging in to to find out why he's about so much."

Would you mind if I include the initial Telur segment in the first post? That was it's not super short.
@DFTBAOh, yeah, sure. Want me to give the opening post before we do that, so there's not a massive walrus chunk of words to read?
Gathered friends, listen again to our legend of the Bionicle.
In a time before time, we, the Matoran, were driven from our home.
Lost and unprotected, the six Turaga lead us in the Great Exodus.
Finally, the wall was passed, and a great land was found.
Here we built our city, our home, of Kongero Nui.

Once every year, the citizens of Kongero Nui gather to watch the Red Star pass low on the northern horizon. Long has it been said that the light of the Red Star brings prosperity to the Matoran of the land.
Legends also speak of the city's birth, and the mythical Toa stone that was brought with the first passing of the Red Star. Long has it been guarded, and the very existence of a Toa stone, let alone a Toa, have faded into the realm of myth and fairytale.

Story So Far

Objective:
Matoran meet before the Red Star Festival and A: Plan to gather to see the star, B: Want to see if the Toa stone is real, or what is really kept in the city's center, using the opportunity of everyone being at the festival as a means of ingress.
Characters:

The City

The Vatali

These Rahi like Machines are the city's main security system. With long, almost serpentine bodies, and three pairs of wings, these systematic sentinels fly high over the city streets, typically circling close to buildings, keeping an ever watchful eye on the Matoran below.
