Oh also, to be clear, for Gluttony - once they defeat a monster, they just gorge on said monster? And they don't get sick from anything even if it was raw?

Yes, there shouldnt be any negative effect in consuming the monster raw since Gluttony will negate all ailments that comes from the monster's carcass. The only thing probably is the taste. I was planning to make my character a cook since he has Online Shop and can buy utensils and stuff, so if you're going for Gluttony, my character can probably cook for you. lol

Some items will have additional effect once used in Kairelith, say, food purchased from Online Shop would add extra stats to whoever eats it for specific span of time.

Personality:
Ren is a downright nerd to the very core. He easily loses his sh*t to anything game or anime related, especially lolis and cat ears. Sometimes, he can be pretty intense, but most times he is composed and always calculating, something he developed by playing games. Weak willed, but if someone he really cares about is in trouble, he'll definitely stick a neck out for that person without question.

If anything, being reincarnated to a new world is kind of dream come true to him. It means he could start over a life he hasnt lived in the original world. He seems to be pretty enthusiastic about new discoveries, but a little wary for his own good.

Short Background:
Ren was a typical hikikomori — isolating himself from society and spending all his time in his room playing video games, all while maintaining little to no relationships outside. The only thing that probably connects him to the real world was the internet, and the occational visit to the convenient store. So when a game buddy invited him to attend Comiket, he instantly refuses, saying that he wouldn't last a minute out there — talk about a total shut in. But when he he heard that Mikumin, an idol he's been following for a while, is attending the event, he knew he had to make a big decision.

Finally, at the day of the event, after much thought, Ren decided to go. There were so many people, more than he could have anticipated. Everything seems to be going well for him. When Mikumin went up on stage, as if queue, roars of cheers errupted from the crowd and waves of bodies cramped together began to sway at each note. Ren felt suffocated yet the experience was, to an extent, euphoric. He never felt so happy in his life.

After the final set, something unexpected happened, Mikumin started to address the crowd and announced that she would like to acknowledge the presense of some Rentarou Kusabe among the sea of people. At first, Ren didn't believe what he heard, but then, his buddy began to nudge at him with a big grin on his face. He knew then he's up to something. Mikumin asked Ren to come up on stage, spotlight beaming down on him. Realizing the idol he admired so much has acknowledged his existence and even asked to join her up on that stage is too much for a complete shut in like him, not to mention the sheer pressure of becoming the center of attention for almost a hundred thousand people around him. The overwhelming feeling has spread through his entire being like a wild fire. The last thing he remembered that day was the floor giving away beneath him, the swirling lights, and then complete darkness. The next thing he knew is him waking up in vast plain with 3 other kids just as confuse as him.

Your life has just ended. May it be due to a horrendous accident, or a natural cause of death, it doesn't matter.

Yet, for some odd reason, you find your self waking up in a strange place. You are in a vast plain that stretches out as far as the eyes can see. At first, there seem no other signs of life in there, just the eternal stretch of grass before you.

But to your surprise, 5 other figures started to stir not too far from you. There are 2 boys that looked a little older than you, and then there is a girl wearing a strange ornate dress.

Confused, you began to approach one of them, the older boy, however, you are answered by hostility. He kept on shouting at you in a language you can't understand. The other kids stared in the same confusion as you.

And then...

"Translator level 1 acquired!"

All 4 of you stopped on your tracks, surprised at the sudden announcement. Although you are pretty sure it didn't sound like an actual sound you hear, its as if it came from inside your head. Suddenly, you understood one another.

"Welcome to Kairelith. Your new life begins here. Please accept the goddess Kaireth's blessing as a commemoration of your arrival."

A sudden surge of energy filled your body, slightly disorienting you, but recovered just as quickly.

"Decide your path. A second chance was given to you by the merciful goddess, use it wisely."

And then, there was silence.

Kaireth's Blessing Unique Skill

• All Weapon Mastery - enable user to wield all types of weapon at its 100% potential regardless of mastery. Further leveling up this skill will unlock a sub-skill Weapon Copy, allowing the user to make a replica of any weapon they come in to contact with.
• All Elemental Affinity - enable user to use all elemental magic at its 100% potential regardless of mastery. Further leveling up this skill will unlock a sub-skill Savant, allowing user to automatically learn a magic spell just by seeing it being executed.
• Greater Forage - automatically enhances item's quality obtained from foraging or by killing monsters by 3 ranks. If item is in the highest quality already, nothing will happen. Further leveling up this skill will unlock a sub-skill Greater Appraisal, allowing users to know more details of [but not limited to] a specific item that can't be determined by a normal Appraisal skill.
• Greater Item Box - grants access to a dimensional space with unlimited capacity to store items. Time does not pass in this space, thus, food or any perishables will not rot while inside. User cannot store living things in here.
• Online Shop - grants user access to online shopping. User can order anything from the original world through this skill by using Kairelith's currency. Any machine (ex. anything ran by electricity) bought from Online Shop will automatically be converted to a magical tool, thus, instead of electricity, the item will be operated entirely by the user's mana. Some items will have additional effect once used in Kairelith, say, food purchased from Online Shop would add extra stats to whoever eats it for specific span of time. (I say be creative on this one)
• Gluttony - if user have this skill, leveling up would be impossible. User progress will be measured by Gluttony skill. By consuming monsters, or world items, user will gain partial stats from that target (original host parameter / 2 = gained stats). As an example, after user consumed a level 1 Slime with stats of Str 13, Edr 7, Int 4, Agi 10, Dex 5, Luk 8, he will receive +6.5 Str, +3.5 Edr, +2 Int, +5 Agi, +2.5 Dex, +4 Luk. Further leveling up this skill will unlock sub-skill Assimilation, allowing user to inherit some skill or attributes from consumed monsters/items.
• Plunderer - enables user to take someone's ability completely for himself. Targets won't be able to use that ability for specific span of time, the higher this skill level the longer the plunder duration will be. Further leveling up this skill will allow user to completely steal someone's ability/ies for good.
• Physical Augmentation - gain additional 2000 points (multiplied by base level) to Strength and Edurance stats.
• Magic Insurgence - gain additional 2000 points (multiplied by base level) to Intellegence and Dexterity stats.
• Greater Cunning (reserved) - gain additional 2000 points (multiplied by base level) to Agility and Luck stats.

Stats Definition

• Strength (STR) - This stat affects the "melee" physical power of the character. The STR value is increased to the equipped Weapon ATK value for even more damage. This stat also affects the character's actual physical strength to carry out normal tasks such as lifting heavy objects. The character will be able to control the power output freely.

• Endurance (END) - This stat affects the endurance, HP, and restorative power of the character, allowing it to last longer against monsters and to regain more life with healing items. This stat also constitutes to the character's stamina.

• Intelligence (INT) - This stat affects the mental power of the character and mana, allowing to deal magic damage, and how often they can use spells. The INT value is increased to the equipped Weapon INT value for even more damage. Higher INT value will enable character to learn and retain knowledge much easier.

• Agility (AGI) - This stat affects the speed of the character in many aspects, allowing it to attack faster and dodge attacks more often.

• Dexterity (DEX) - This stat affects the accuracy of the character in many aspects, allowing it to land hits easier, and increasing critical damage upon each hit. It is also the primary stat for "ranged" physical power, and the primary stat for decreasing cast time.

• Luck (LUK) - This stat affects the fortune of the character in some aspects, effecting the how often critical hit happens (CRIT CHANCE), luckily dodging enemy attacks more often, and several other bonuses triggered by items.

Single-Handed Sword - This includes Rapiers, Falcions, Gladius and the likes.
Two-Handed Sword - This includes Katanas, Long Swords, Broad Sword, Claymore and the likes.
Dual-Handed Sword - Any combination or of the same type of Single-Handed Sword.
Single-Handed Axe - This includes Tomahawks, Cleavers, War Axes and the likes.
Two-Handed Axe - This includes larger types of Axes like Great Axes, and Guillotines (Axe form).

Single-Handed Spear - This includes Javelins, Pikes, Assault Spears and the likes.

• In case of death, you can start a new character. However, the new character won't have any memory of your previous character or the world, which means you'll have figure everything out again from 0. New characters starts with a new blessing.
• All characters starts with 3 skills max plus 1 unique skill, however, as the story progresses, they can acquire more skills and on some rare occations the goddess Kaireth may also interfere and bestow them additional skills if the situation requires it (feel free to discus it with me thru PM if you ever feel like your character needs a little boost in skills).
• Try to post once each day, or if not, just try to be active as much as possible. Check the thread as often as you can, or say hi or whatever, just so we know you're still alive. After all, its lonely living off in another world.
• I'm open to suggestions, don't hesitate to hit me a PM if you feel like adding more details into the RP or something.
