But she did have a lot of questions now. Like how her father got to Edolas and then back again. It really didn't make sense given what she had learned of the two worlds.
Ariel paused for a moment when Edo-Karn said that the gender was different. That probably was difficult to transition to. At least she didn't switch to a guy when her magic changed.
"Well I can't say I expected that. I somewhat understand the oddities of changing. My personality changes depending on the magic I'm using at the time. People at the guild saw me as weird for a while there. I think most of them have gotten accustomed to it now." Letting Edo-Karn finish explaining her and Karn's condition, Ariel stopped and began to think. She herself was not really sure if she could do anything. Sasha it seemed was already working on something hopeful. It did bring to mind the job she had been on that involved a spirit living on through will alone.
"Oh, that sounds bad. I wonder why he isn't fighting. I assume that if we can't undo this then you'll be stuck in that body?" The statement was posed as a question. Tapping her foot she was quite obviously thinking to come up with some kind of direction or solution.
