While she still looked pissed, Ariel did seem to be listening. Lowering her hand slightly she thought about what the boy said. She knew that some of their guild members had killed. So this probably did look pretty bad. Crossing her arms she waited until her was finished talking and made no move against him. He was trapped after all anyway right? "I haven't killed anyone. And I would like to keep it that way." Damn personalities making a bad situation worse. He looked like he might crush the lacrama in his teeth and she raised her hands to signal him to stop. Fear crept in and she changed to a dull blue color. "Don't, we'll lose them both."

As it turned out though the boy decided against breaking the lacrama, much to Ariel's relief. He spat it out to Sasha and pulled out an instrument. She didn't entirely pay much attention to the comment made by the boy. The ground shaking she stumbled a bit as the ground broke up and the boy escaped. But that wasn't as important as getting the lacrama back to Karn. Turning quickly she snatched up the choker and set the lacrama back in it before putting it back on Karn. "Karn, Eddie, are you alright?" They were probably going to be out for a while given the energy they expended.

There wasn't much else she could do at the moment. She felt a little taxed despite not really using that much magic. Probably a combination of all the switching and the sheer amount of magic around. And there was still another event left in the day. Snapping back into the moment she made her way over to Elizabeth. Sitting up the girl, Ariel tried to wake her up. "Hey, wake up. " She would ask questions but until she was up it wouldn't be much good.

I'm trying to conceptualize a harp that is also a bow, but maybe I'm just trying to be too realistic with my magic bow harp design...

Everything seemed to be going mad around her. Prince was wounded, the strange girl was acting, well, strange. At one point she had to cover her face to block the blinding light. After Elizabeth passed out, Ariel saw the words that were melted into the icy surface but didn't really take a whole lot of time to contemplate them. The cold was only increased when Sasha showed up. The boy trying to take the lacrama that held Edo-Karn was trapped.

Shivering slightly Ariel became aware that her current magic did not take kindly to the cold. Starting to feel lethargic she felt she had two options. Either to heat up or to cool down. She wasn't quite angry enough though so the cold won out and Ariel switched to her Ice magic. Her gaze was as cold as the air around them as her ice blue eyes glanced around the room. The animal boy seemed to make an effort to keep the lacrama away from them. Stepping forward she had a determined expression. "If you swallow that I might just have to freeze you solid and pick it out of your shattered remains. Now, give it back." She held her hand out. While her expression was calm, her tone and posture didn't hint that she might be kidding at all. Ariel hadn't really used this magic around people much. It definitely was not one of the more sociable.
