I got my hair cut and dyed and I've been told I slightly resemble Draco Malfoy and I'm sobbing lol. Now I know who I'm going to cosplay as next.

Hello there and welcome to my bio!
This won't be interesting in the slightest.
Since I'm on this site, I'm sure it's obvious I like to write. Since you're on this site and reading this, I'd assume you like to write as well (though I do try to stay away from making assumptions about a person I've never met). So, we most likely already have something in common, which is cool.
I could go on about other things I like but I try not to do that. I mean, who cares about my intense love for Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and the MCU?
I'll just end this bio by saying, I'm not an a-hole so we'll probably get along. :) Cheers!

Yeah makes sense to not romance the original cast. Really romance should stick to between PCs and not with GMPCs.
A prologue could be like "Well what the hell is the point of this if we're just gonna skip past the consequences of it anyway." and just slow the RP to a crawl. So I personally don't like that idea.
I don't mind either of the titles, they both work. Personally I prefer the Phase 2 title but that's just an opinion

Yeah, I agree with you. Phase 2's title is my favorite.
If it seems like I'm being an authoritative buttface than I don't mean for it to come off that way, I'm just trying to give some things to avoid based on experience, if y'all think I'm wrong than tell me so, thick skin and all that.

I was wondering what I should name the roleplay now. Obviously, we can't do the whole-
Marvel: Heroes on the Rise (Phase 1)
Marvel: Shadows and Secrets (Phase 2)
Marvel: Endgame (Phase 3)
since we're not starting at the beginning of phase 1. Should it still be entitled "Heroes on the Rise" or should we go with "Shadows and Secrets" or go with a completely different title? I had one idea (that I'm currently having second thoughts about) where we did this prologue to the roleplay that has the Phase 1 title and then after that, we have the second phase title. Like I said though, I'm having second thoughts about that. Do you guys have any ideas?
Also, I was having a friend of mine go over the OOC form (that I have finished and will be posting soon after I edit some minor things) and she suggested that we don't have our OC's romance certain MCU characters like Bucky and Loki since that has been done a lot and can get quite "cliche". I agree with her on that but I want to see what you all think of it. Would everyone be all right with certain MCU characters being off-limits?

Having seen what other people have said, I personally believe we should do something other than phase one.
The whole "Superheroism is just beginning" thing is done to death, we see a new movie series with this premise every year or so and I am personally sick of it. Starting later in the timeline would, in my opinion, offer a lot more intrigue as we see how the world has changed as a result of superheroes showing up.
It's also a lot easier to come up with ways to introduce characters in the later phases. Dudes fall from space all the time there, in Phase One that never happened. We don't even see Wakanda until Phase three, so that would leave an entire country unavailable because it maintains its splendid isolation up until T'Challa makes some changes.
I'm totally not saying this because my other superhero RP has been in Year One for almost a real life year now no siree.
Ah, I see.
I suppose we could start at the end of Phase one and the beginning of Phase two. Just so we see how the Battle of New York affects our characters.

Hello, DC. Thanks for stopping by this thread. It's a real honor to meet you. I loved the Wonder Woman film. I'm certainly looking forward to the Aquaman movie. I also love the Killing Joke comic. Are you interested in being in this Marvel roleplay? ;)
All right. I've written the OOC post with the premise, character sheet and etc. I'll probably wait just one more day to post it to see if everyone else is okay with starting in Phase 1. Besides, it'll give me time to come up with my OC. :)

Man. I'm not a GM or co GM or anything, but it excites me to see so many interests roleplayers and will feel almost equally disappointed if we lose a lot of this interested party.

Okay, I had an idea for the title. I was thinking we could name the roleplay sort of after the three phases of Marvel films, like:
