Ethnicity:Jacob is a mixture of ethnicities most of them are European, he is about fourty percent French blooded and he is Canaidian.
Physical Appearance:Jacob is a tall and willowy boy often called Hangman because of his cold and calculating nature although he is slim he is strong and is definitely not weak in anyway although he may look lanky and spindly no one should underestimate him for that could lead to very unfortunate circumstances.
He is Caucasian but has a snowy complexion which has nothing to do with ethnicity Jacob has no idea why he was born with such a cold complexion but he mostly doesn't care much for what this means he often blames it on genetics.
Jacob has high cheek bones and shallow eyes which often are dark and shady due to his hair falling over his eyes, he has a finely chiseled jawline but his face is gaunt looking, Jacob has a prominent scar which can be spotted around his eye although thankfully not damaging his eyeball.
Attire:Jacob wears dress clothing once in a while, mostly a black vest with a crimson tie, black dress pants,a white dress shirt and finely polished dress shoes cloths all often made of fine silks, he usually wears a dark pair of torn jeans, some DC runners, a white collared shirt and a crimson tie.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:Jacob is introverted- often keeping distance with people and having a hard time getting along with other people, although he often tries to but is often avoided because he is intimidating.
Although intimidating Jacob is kind at heart and is a genuinely caring person it is just that his life and his conscious gets to him he wants good but he also loves the thrill of evil but he also hates it in a way. Jacob is quiet at most times and often doesn't like to input his own ideas for fear of making a mistake and maybe revealing his malevolent quirks, he is impatient and aggressive when pushed to do things that he doesn't want to do because he hates people telling him what to do although he completely respects a strong and forceful leader and he loves authority and routine, he still has his youthful traits though he is cunning and calculating some see him as cold he sees himself as a genius.
Hobbies/Interests:Jacob has no hobbies although he has one interest that is a goal and a personal rule of his he calls it-The Code of Neutrality usually for him this means that he is out for himself and he wants power but actually he wants only to become a figure of the people for neither good or evil he rather wants to keep the world in a happy medium in aspect of being truly in balance and harmony, he is also interested in ancient lore,secrets and fabled things such as magic and mythical creatures.
Skills/Talents:Jacob never finished his practice in Martial Arts although he has trained himself well over the years by thinking about his opponents weaknesses and faults often using their weaknesses to his advantage to manipulate them to do what he wants them to do, he later decided to start training as a novice marksmen and gun handler and has become talented with a guns and most of all rifles and assault weapons.
He is innately talented at using electronics and is a decent hacker, he has delved into old books and has gone traveling around for books about tricks and sleight of hand and other magicians parlour tricks.

History/Bio:Lived with parents only for three years until they were tragically murdered lived with foster parents who hated him for his odd differences and extraordinary powers and then sent him to an orphanage he was abused and mishandled often was made fun of bullied until he became the bully himself he ran away from the orphanage when he was thirteen and then hunted down his foster parents who he planned to kill although he had a change of mind when he met a man who saw what Jacobs intent had been and the man directed Jacob to a path of Neutrality and then told him about a place called Verthaven a place where people like Jacob lived and a place of tyranny and injustice.
Jacob travelled a long and hard journey to find Verthaven on the way discovering the true extent of his powers and he discovered his true path in life which he settled to take as and oath and a life goal he made an oath to be out for himself.

Power:
Darkness Manipulation; Jacob has always been able to affect the light around him making lights dim in his presence and candles sputter out whenever he walked by, he is able to effect light.
Necromancy (Magic); During his travels Jacob studied darker areas of lore and discovered many corrupt magics and secrets that would destroy a normal mind and he learned to use souls of the dead to his will,learnt to perseve a dead body from the effects of rotting, and he learnt how to use death magic to improve his attacks.
Spirit Phisology; Jacob may take the form of a Shadowy ghostlike version of himself which is incorporeal.
Phantasm Manipulation; Jacob can control, communicate with spirits/ghosts within his vicinity, he may also see them, Jacob can use them to ensure fear in his enemies and use their energies to empower him.
Limits:Jacob can use his Necromancy powers to a limit until he becomes extremely tired and faint, the same can happen when he is in spirit form he also can only take this form for 15 minutes and then he becomes corporeal again.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:Using his Dark Powers can take a huge toll on Jacob and may even make him extremely fatigued, parched, and/or faint and also affect his moods greatly he can be turned against by some spirits and he might become tired or damaged.
Other:Often talks to spirits when he is bored and it looks funny to their people but he has learnt to do it without speaking.
