I am open for any rps. However, I am not into rps that are strictly nation, horror, apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic, superhero, military, or sci-fi. But I MAY give them a shot if they are mixed with another genre, like romance for example.

-A guy who finds out his mother was a long lost mermaid princess and he finds the answers to an age old family history related mystery. He also finds out he could be the key to ending a war.

A human guy, a college student, who ends up in another world, where humans are titans, giant humans with great power, although not the size of actual titans. They are as normal sized in their world as humans' are in the college students world. Basically, the species here are giants rather than humans. The college student ends up encountering the most powerful one of all, their emperor! Apparently, he liked both men and women, but this young man especially caught his eye. He decided this young man would be his 'bride' or mate in general terms. The young man is hesitant at first and keeps begging for him to find a way to send him home, even as wedding preparations are under way, and he has to share a suite with the emperor. However, over time, things change.

There was a war. A group of demon monsters invaded a kingdom consisting of many human territories. The demon monsters won. They now ruled over all the humans and others in that land.
How did this happen?
It started with a small group of knights sent to terminate a demon beast king before his seal broke and he was freed. However, they were too arrogant, cocky even, and failed in that task. Not only did the seal break, and he awoke, freed, he claimed the leader of the small group, that man, as his mate. The energy he absorbed once it was official, so to speak, allowed him to take on a true physical form once more, and become powerful enough to summon his fellows and invade.
Before all that, he made them an offer. If they surrendered their leader, abandoned him to the demon beasts, he would not invade and rule his own territory instead. The others had accepted the offer. They would find out the truth too late. Oh, he did not invade as promised alright. But, his new mate, now leading the charge after falling for their new husband, invaded on his behalf.
The humans did not stand a chance.
After the first territory had been successfully claimed, children of the demon beast rulers bloodline had been born. Many sons and daughters now helped rule the humans and soon the entire kingdom had fallen to them. As part of the spoils of war, besides the obvious treasures, the new "royal family" claimed some of the humans for themselves as "wives", spouses or mates if you will, at least several per member of the family. Surprisingly, the human spouse of the demon beast king did not seem to mind if he claimed others, as their mind had been truly brainwashed a long time ago.
This, however, is only the beginning of the tale. Will a new hero emerge and somehow restore the kingdom to how it used to be? Or will they lose and simply be another prize to the collection, so to speak?
That is up to you.

Eric and Emily had been lost in their own thoughts for a while. That was when they heard Aela. They heard her when she spoke, and when she had approached them. They both blinked and looked at her. Eric cleared his throat. Emily spoke without doing the same.
"um, very well." She, then, finally cleared her throat. Eric simply shrugged.
"Nothing is wrong. Truly." Emily did her best to lie to keep her friend safe. Eric nodded.
-"What my sister has said."
Emily and Eric both shrugged. "It seems...nice enough."
Eric nodded in agreement. He glanced around and then looked at Aela again. They both blinked when they heard that request from their friend after that. They glanced at each other for a moment. Luckily, it was not sunset yet for another couple hours or so.
"Very well." -"Alright."
The twins stood up. They waited for her. They frowned when they noticed tears.

-"We understand. It is alright." Emily nodded in agreement.
"Go on and have fun." Emily managed a faint smile. They both watched her leave. Then, they both sighed again. They glanced at each other and frowned.
"I wish we could tell her, Eric."
-"We can't, not now. Don't you see that? We can not drag her into this mess. It is not her fault. Not to mention, She should not have to shoulder such a burden. We have to leave her and her brother out of this, for their own good, their own protection."
Emily sighed and nodded. "Very well." She teared up again. She went to have a seat. Eric followed to make sure that she was alright.
Emily blinked and froze. She cleared her throat afterwards. "Um....thank you." She looked at her brother. Eric had frozen for a moment as well. He was now also clearing his own throat before speaking.
-"Um, yes. Thank you." He and Emily entered the house and the door closed behind them. He sighed at the mention of them not being at the bakery for a while, while Emily nodded at the mention of pastries and such.
-"Well....let's just say we had a personal reason for that."
Emily sighed and nodded. "What my brother has said. We apologize as well."
Eric nodded in agreement with that last part. He and Emily had been trying to keep it a secret from her for sometime, at least until after they found the queen and broke the curse. They did not want her to worry about them.
Emily and Phillip sighed. After doing all that research, they found the one being who could help them. That awful day was still fresh in their minds. They were still thinking about it as they made their way to their friends birthday celebration. Emily frowned. Eric did as well.
"Must we go to this party Eric?"
-"I am afraid so. We must seem normal, at least for now. Do not fret. I'll find an excuse for us to leave before sunset. We will also begin our journey to find the sorceress queen very soon."
Emily sighed. She nodded. "Thank you." She managed a faint smile. They would soon arrive at the estate in question. Emily stood there and waited. Eric walked up to the door. He took a deep breath. Then, he knocked on the door. After that, they were both waiting to be let inside.

As part of the spoils of war, besides the obvious treasures, the new "royal family" claimed some of the humans for themselves as "wives", spouses or mates if you will, at least several per member of the family. Surprisingly, the human spouse of the demon beast king did not seem to mind if he claimed others, as their mind had been truly brainwashed a long time ago. <br><br>This, however, is only the beginning of the tale. Will a new hero emerge and somehow restore the kingdom to how it used to be?
