Gm's should be willing to compromise as long as it doesn't go to far. Sometimes people have really outreaching ideas which are just plain not fit for a roleplay. However that being said somethings can be allowed as long as it is within the realm of what the GM originally imagined. So as a GM you should be opened minded but not to opened minded as to destroy your own roleplay. You may as well save yourself the effort of making a roleplay if one character is going to ruin it just because one person wants to be that special little different snow flake.

You should also be willing to give what you get. If everyone else is going to make a certain length CS I believe it is only fair that you should as well unless circumstances are otherwise involved.

If I fail to post one day after I say I would have I always explain why and tell them for certain when I'm going to post. Regardless it's those sort of people who always kill roleplays.

Something that REALLY pisses me off when people blatantly ignore requirements for a roleplay. Oh you've said it is high casual twice? Oh here's a lower casual or high free level character sheet.

ANOTHER something that pisses me off is when people try to shove non-canon stuff into a roleplay when a gm says that he doesn't want non canon abilities or whatever be it in a roleplay than a person tries to get something in like that anyways.

"Yeah because a spy would completely be willing to back stab his own uncle and kill his own comrades who were getting away with the robots kid. I don't care what Mizawa's been feeding you but you need to get off your crazed fantasy world and open your eyes Arsenio." commented Kaiser as he looked at Calamity. "Betrayal is something entirely different. If he was a traitor he'd be trying to figure out more about this ship. Maybe even memorize it's layout to give whoever's behind this crazy ass attack a chance to build a ship like this. Or if he was smarter than that he'd ask about how many ships are coming and where they're coming from and then try to relay that information to the enemy. If he's a spy he'd doing a pretty poor job at it considering the facts that he would now be stuck completely surrounded by his enemy." Kaiser said as he looked away from Arsenio. "On the off hand that any of you think otherwise, shows that ORB must really trust their fellow soldiers, then you're free to go and watch him. Me I got other stuff to do I just wanted to make sure you people weren't wasting your time." Kaiser said as he turned to walk away.
