Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

pretty much.
For what? A roleplay that may very well die or not get enough people in it? Most of the people I've seen short of advanced wouldn't have the enthusiasm you do. It's like cramming all of Mobile Suit Gundam into one short story it'd be not interesting to read unless you experience it for yourself. If someone told me the story of Avatar the last airbender in a compressed way it'd be like this (SPOILERS AHEAD TOOT TOOT!):

The One Hundred Year War between the Fire Nation and the Earth Nation happened after the Fire Nation suddenly attacked the Air Nation killing all of it's people and forcing the avatar into flee. One hundred years after the initial impact of the war, the avatar awoke from an ice berg and started out on his travels to master the five elements and defeat the fire lord to restore balance to the world with the aid of his friends. The Avatar proceeded to aid in the defense of The Northern Water Tribe while avoiding the exiled fire prince zuko. He then proceeded to go to the Earth kingdom where his journey unfortunately failed and proceeded to cause the Earth King's last capital city to fall to traitorous Dai Li Agents led by the exiled prince's younger sister while the exiled prince re-joined his nation. After that the avatar went into hiding and eventually attacked the fire nation but due to knowledge leaking out previously they failed. Then they were joined by the exiled prince whom felt remorseful from his actions and with his help they managed to stop the fire lord and restore peace to the world.

Sounds generic doesn't it?
I appreciate you expanding on what I said and I agree one hundred percent dervish.

Since I had a massive comment already to respond to Paladin only for it not to get posted her because site issues I'll sum it what I said in a couple sentences...

Originality isn't always what's best. If the person doesn't know how to make the roleplay work or the roleplayers expect something different than it goes down the drain. Also the problem with original roleplays being LACK OF PRECEDENT. I tried an advanced rp before guild fall and it failed miserably partly because of my lack of experience as a gm at that point but mostly due to the fact that there was no map, no really deep lore behind it, and things were overly complicated. Likewise rp's revolving around super heroes I've noticed, like superman, batman, and the like have relatively short life spans while when I look at anime roleplays while most have likewise the same problem I know of at least one bleach roleplay that has done extremely well for itself.

If I make a custom rp I can't point to something and say this person did this unless there's lore behind it and then if the person on the other side doesn't understand it then you out of luck as opposed to say mobile suit gundam where I can say, "Hey Char did this and that and Amuro did this and that and beat him by doing super move A." Also there's the fact that anime roleplays are easier to roleplay since the person who goes into it knows what to expect as opposed to say a mafia rp (which I went into detail on in the previous post but since you know I won't go into it again) where it should be about the crimes and gang fights and the loyalty of brothers and sisters in the mafia in other words the made men. It's not supposed to be drama heavy unless that's the intent. The reason I enjoyed Mafia 2's start is because it's a simple. You're doing these things because that's what made men do and or that's how a person reacts to that. If I made a Mafia roleplay I'd place it around the lower ranking guys and have them running around doin' their jobs and getting into fights then relax at a bar or have a time to take in what just happened. Rinse, repeat, have fun and don't take it to seriously unless that's what the scenario calls for. Not have some heavy intrigue based roleplay where its a game of thrones with gangsters.
That's why you don't smoke weed every day Itano.
I know I'm just rather impatient is all.
Yep with you, me, itano, and pudding that makes four people which is plenty because I can work i npc's. However not much I can do unless people post in the IC.
"The most obvious place would be at the place where Glemy bugged off and led Nena Trinity to being captured by our force." Jason commented as he shook his head, "Too obvious. I'd say the best place is to have the ambush here of course." Jason said smiling, "The Sundown itself is the target no doubt but we need it to keep suits in repair and if our men go down where it isn't that means it's game over. On the OTHER hand however if we bring the Sundown to the front and it get's shot down then consider the following: We'd be stuck here without a ship and without a ship no food or water or any sort of machines...not to mention the big boom that would most likely accompany it making survivors unlikely. So the key to winning the battle is keeping the Sundown off the field. A Counter-Ambush would be prudent but that would take to long. So then we will take the fight to them...at night." Jason said confidently as Beta Leader scratched his head puzzled, "So what is this whole plan going to be enacted sir?" Beta Leader said as he looked at Jason whom chuckled, "Simple my dear Captain. We put some plasma scoring on that Zeta unit Mr. Rowan is piloting give him only back his beam saber and hide his weapons at the ambush point which will be in a nearby field. Rowan goes and says he got carried away and chased after a enemy whom was spying on them and forgot to contact the Zeons. The Zeons rush in with Rowan to destroy the 'enemy', us, and meet with a nasty surprise. When that happens the enemy will either come out in in force or come in few numbers and when they arrive and get slaughtered by a select group of machines from our roster we will have one less group of enemies to worry about. Worse case Angelo goes himself and we have a big struggle on our hands in that part. The group will be assisted by Rowan who will find his weapons near the ambush site and if possible gut someone with his beam saber. I won't give you the specifics Mr. Rowan, I can't trust you completely and not be judged as a fool by my charged crew and companions, but let's say our machines carry more weapons than you can shake a stick at....well then you may ask what of the Sundown." Jason commented as he coughed roughly and cleared his throat with a bottle of water before continuing.

"Excuse me I'm not as young as I used to be." Jason commented as he patted his chest, "The Sundown itself is going to not go to the battlefield itself instead it will provide a nasty little surprise in the form of a night time raid. We go in, capture who we can, kill those we can't, and make Angelo's crew's life a living nightmare. With Lieutenant Black Star leading the charge with those who don't go to the ambush site we will quickly overwhelm any enemies to our forces. And hopefully there are more people like you Angleo whom are not eager to fight us or see the futility of doing so and defect to us instead but that will be unlikely. Let's just hope that there aren't any third parties watching. If Glemy Toto's group is still nearby, weakened and puny as they are, they will force me to change gears quickly. Mr. Rowan does this plan sound satisfying to you. I know Beta Leader and Mr. Gabriel will have no objections to this." Jason commented as he spun his hat around the table slowly with one finger while leaning forward on his other arm's elbow. "Sir how did you come up with this plan so fast?" Beta Leader did ask him as Jason chuckled, "When you're around a battlefield as long as I have been you have plans of all sorts from different battles stored up in your brain. Think of this as recycling."
"Of course, of course I wasn't questioning your skills my lady it's just that with the involvement of this new force....you never know. Especially with Gundams. Don't get overconfident with that special little toy you have. Judging by Victor's reaction to seeing it, it is clear that you may have a problem keeping it the way it is. Words to ponder on." the man said as he walked stood there and let her go by him without any further word. However there came a comment from one of the Zulu pilots, "So is that person a guy or a girl?" he asked as the man next to him shrugged, "He says he's a guy so I'm going to go on that but hell I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have a set." commented the other pilot.

Victor Gaintz and his perfect people pilots were chief allies to Angelo's forces and the giant red mobile armor was a testament to the skills of the craftsmen in his own place. Be it he actually believed this place was an 'alternate' universe as was suggested by his peers was a whole different story entirely. Victor was an arrogant man in his own right but he also had a passion rivaled by few others and a hatred of the Earth Sphere that matched Angelo's own. It was scary that two people like them were already quick to team up but the combination was undeniably skillful. It was said they encountered two boys when they arrived here and forced them both back. A kid piloting the Gundam ZZ and a boy in a full black armored suit with a beam scythe. What happened to the boys was unknown but it was assumed they got away and Victory was determined to find the second boy at all costs after dealing with the new enemy.
