devaronian is the race you're looking for. They're basically thugs for the hutts for the most part.

Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

This whole talk went from trolls to this and I am confused.
Considering I'm a guy as well yes indeed.
I've had my moments...before they crumbled down miserably into one giant heap.
Let's just say we've all had bad relationship problems.
"If you had ears fools I recommended two other places before Armaranthine. I don't enjoy boats either so stop shouting like a fool. Where we go is irrelevant as long as the trip is worth it." Gerald said plainly as he sipped some soup out of a bowl he had placed on the fire noting that it was not as hot as it should be still but it was getting there. He looked at the elf who walked over to him and he suppressed a scowl. Elves and all of their philosophies about how great their old gods were and or how strong they used to be angered him. However he barely knew this elf so he figured he may as well give the pointy eared warrior the benefit of the doubt.

"I heard stories from my brief time in The White City of Chains that Antivians are no less deadly as Orlesians if not more so. Don't underestimate the fancy fool wearing a pretty dress just because he is acting like one. For all you know he's poisoned your food with twelve drops of poison and waiting to signal his guards to shoot you with arrows. Antivian Crows are not to be toyed with. Whatever they use to 'scare people' is unknown to me. All I know is that they are really good at what they do. Did you not hear of that ambassador killed in the heart of the palace of Orzammar? Not group of people worth their pennies could've done that easily. Be careful on who you joke about." Gerald said as he took another sip of his soup. He breathed in deeply taking in the fresh air and stretched out his fingers then clutched them into fists a few times to get some feeling back into them.

The terrifying city of Gotham is Batman's hell and the wonder of many people in the DC Universe. Out of the city has come some of the most terrifying people in the world. From Batman himself to Red Hood to The Joker and even Bane some of these people are monsters capable of destroying dozens of people. Some are capable of making the world a better place. Some are even capable of turning the world on it's head with a flick of their wrist and a press of a button. Some are capable of nothing short of the pinnacle of insanity. Others are capable of showing just how bad good intentions can turn rotten. It was significant turn of events when Bruce Wayne's parents died and or Bruce himself ended up being shot. It created a universe where there was a person called Batman...but what if neither Martha Wayne or Thomas Wayne were shot in that alley? What if Bruce wasn't shot either? What if the gunman simply lost the nerve to do it or his gun jammed? Bruce Wayne or his father would never have become heroes in the first place. This is where this world picks off at. With this change in reality came interesting shifts in Gotham's world. Joker as we know him is never born in the first place. Harley Quin stays at Arkham or Blackgate, Bane never comes to Gotham actively, Falcone and Black Mask run the crime world with a struggling commissioner Gordon who is weighed own by a corrupted police force. This along with many other changes in the world come to be.

Crime is a common occurrence in Gotham made worse is the fact that weapons trade is everywhere in Gotham and weapons are easily accessible. With the people suffering it is inevitable someone or something would come along to try and control or stop this incessant city of death and destruction. Picking off from when Batman year one should have started is our story. Brought together by a mysterious person who is called 'The Caliph of Gotham' a group of people are assembled with a unique set of skills needed to put down these crime bosses either for good or to put them away in prison. To kill or to capture. To slaughter or to protect. The Caliph doesn't care how it's done simply that it is done and that's why he's recruiting an anonymous group of people from all sorts of backgrounds to stop Falcone, to stop Penguin, and to stop Blackmask. All of these men, women, and children are in our hands for the good of Gotham you are being called upon to stop them. The only question is this: Do you accept the email/text sent to you by the man of mystery? Or do you reject it and let Gotham burn? This roleplay will be for those who have accepted the call to action.

Rules:
1. Basic roleplay rules apply being god modding, meta gaming, etc are banned. Likewise RPG's general rules apply that should go without saying.
2. We are only going to be playing as humans. No aliens. Period. Meta humans with actual super powers are likewise impeded. Abilities such as night vision are allowed where as air, water, wind control as well as shape shifting (makes things too easy) etc are barred. Simple super powers are the only things allowed such as the above mentioned night vision, body temperature control, immunity to lethal poisons, etc.
3. This roleplay is standard casual not low. I myself am a high casual player and as such I will be firm in my choices as GM. You can question my choices but what I say at the end of the day goes in this roleplay
4. You need a reason to be in this roleplay. While we are normal humans it goes without saying that a group like this should be able to handle their own. But you need reasons for having your strengths and your weaknesses should be actual weaknesses not all personality flaws.
5. Canon characters are difficult to play with but I will allow them within reason for this roleplay. Remember Greyson, Todd, and Tim are still children if not infants.
6. This will be a secretive group of characters remember of you reveal your identity to someone in roleplay beware of the consequences that may follow.
Yes I know who the Baron was and what roleplay he was in. What I said is he did nothing of note in the roleplay due to it's short length. The most he did was manage to escape from a couple of big bads by magnetizing the floor.

Also I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with those people.
It's not that they bother me as they piss me off due to the fact that they having nothing better to do and I'm generally considered an awesome guy by many people. It also bothers me how many of them there are. As for the character you referencing I don't quite remember him doing anything particularly special.
I once spent about two or three hours typing up a post with twenty thousand or so letters in it just to make my opening post amazing. Granted a large chunk of that was devoted to my character's opening and explaining his universe (multiverse roleplay) but it still shows that I went the extra mile to try to make my character good.
A pet peeve of mine is bad opening posts: I dislike seeing a poor opening post after going through the effort of making a character it's really aggravating.
