Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

Just to save Rathel some time soldiers only use lances. If you want swords go cavalier or whatever floats your boat.
Ok I should be able to post by tomorrow or later today. I have to go to lunch, and a movie today.
It looks similar because I've more or less changed him from a Awakening to a Sacred Stones character. I've used him on two separate roleplays before but went nowhere. I'd prefer not to be the Jaegan but if no one else does I will move my guy up to swordmaster. It's because I don't want to have poor strength levels comparably later.
A quick suggestion: Just get rid of stats they more or less complicate a roleplay like this. When I use 'stats' for something it's to get a level or a gauge of how strong they are at the start but in fire emblem stats evolve and growths aren't my or most people's strong suits.

Personality: Carn is a very serious individual and dislikes comedy to an almost annoying sense in that he has little sense of humor. He is merciless and cold due to his time with the silver hawks. He tends to be the person who points out things that need to happen even if everyone else is against doing it. He has little faith in gods or demons seeing them as just another target on his hit list if they get in his way. He has learned and uses his body language well and can project a very intimidating aura when he has to and has very little faith in others. He only tolerates other and only socializes when he has to growing more and more uncomfortable when he is around others and not in a fight. He proclaims to have no dreams but goals stating he wishes to be the best swordsman in the realm. He doesn't have any opinions on romance or love but is not interested in starting a love life of his own just yet if he can help it. He is the last one to give up on something. Carn is willing to put down his own life for a person who can demand his respect and actually use it properly. He is not a very 'loyal' man per say either it is the pay or his respect for you that keeps him traveling along with you. He laughs at the righteous and pious fools of the world proclaiming that the world has proven itself to be without good, especially with the more self righteous family lines saying the good guys get a lot of luck. He can be very quiet when reading or painting however. He is kind to those who do no harm and is not afraid to help for some gold even if it is something meager depending on the person. He never turns his blade on a person he doesn't believe deserves this treatment unless he had agreed to in an aforementioned contract.

Biography: Born in Grado, Carn was born to a mercenary mother and father who worked for various lords in Grado, mostly eastern ones, for many years. He grew up in the eastern side of the area for most of his life and was trained to be a warrior from a young age. He spent many of his years learning to wield a blade effectively and was especially good at it to the point where he bested his dad when he was ten. He worked as a farm hand when he was not training and he grew appreciative of art as well despite not being good at it in the least. He followed around a group of musicians for a couple of months at one point and was almost presumed dead. After his parents were killed by Carcino bandits known as the Horned Boars he left Grado in search of a purpose having nothing but his sword and what he could recover from his own life. He swore revenge for his parents and ran into an old friend on the road who introduced him to the people of the Silver Hawk Company led by the barbarian/brigand Red Fist Basar. He worked for them since he was the age of fifteen proving to be a quick learner and a deadly adversary. His years with them hardened him into the man he is today and he was called 'the quickest man you'd never see' by Red Fist after he slew a fellow mercenary band's captain and his three guards single handedly. He was a monster of a man despite being rather thin and scrawny with surprising strength. He left the group after Red Fist slept with the wrong man's wife and was slain in combat. Carn left for Carcino in search of more work to find and possibly to sate his revenge. He heard rumors of a local band of mercenaries fleeing the damage caused by Rausten. While he wished for revenge however he decided to work for Renais to hone his skills after hearing of the skills and capabilities of their leaders.

Quirk(s): He is the last one to give up on something and he loves to read and paint

Strengths: Very precise and very quick blade work (he can move very quickly and strike just as quick)

Weaknesses: weak magical resistance, weak defense, weak against long ranged units

Likes: People who have done no wrongs, people who keep their words, strong fighters, people who leave him alone when asked, a good night's rest, and a hot meal.

Dislikes: bandits, mages, snotty noblemen, people who are overly self-obsessed, ignorance, self-righteous people, religion.

Romantic Interest: none as of yet

Games Beaten: Fire Emblem Sacred Stones - Three/Fours times - Fire Emblem Awakening - Four times - Fire Emblem Blazing Sword - Uncompleted watch through a let's play
Small bump
Before stating the plot of the roleplay I'd like to say the following: This roleplay is only for those who can post at least a paragraph and a half per post if the situation provides enough content to do so. Meaning characterization per post is required. In other words high casual roleplay warning. Also while extremely similar to the actual plot of Vesperia and employing most of the cities in game it will not be a carbon copy of the game. Now for the roleplay itself

Setting of the story
http://aselia.wikia.com/wiki/Terca_Lumireis (Warning possible spoilers for the game Tales of Vesperia in the wiki)

Radiant Brigade takes place on the planet Terca Lumireis. The people of Terca Lumireis have come to rely on blastia, an ancient civilization's technology with a wide array of capabilities such as providing water, powering ships, or creating barriers around major cities and towns to protect them from monsters. The Imperial Knights and guild members also use bodhi blastia to enhance their abilities in combat. The blastia, created by the elf-like Krityans, are fueled by a substance called aer that lends its power to the blastia's ability, but can be fatal to humans in large concentrations. The area of the land are split into normally two different factions: One led by the Empire and their Emperor/Empress whom are backed by their council and are guarded by their Imperial Knights led by Knight commandant Hardin Expos and his brigade The Knightly Guardians.

Below them are the Knight Commanders who lead separate divisions each with their own colors and styles. Below them are lieutenants and below them are the normal knights. They keep order in the empire and are normally at odds with monsters. They're also opposed by The Guilds, individuals whom have opposed the empire and have declared their laws pointless or simply unjust. Some harbor grudges, others are in it for the money but the guild is led by the Don of Dahngrest and the Duce of Nordopolica individually. Most guilds however tend to follow the Don of Dahngrest and the Union that backs it whom are the five major guilds. Those include Blazing Glory, a group of hunters who exist to hunt for monsters and other challenges of the world, Ancient Salvation, a group dedicated to the study and excavation of ancient secrets and ruins, The Future's Fortune, a group of well paid mercenaries and merchants whom seek wealth above all else, Bolden Blades, a group of high class smiths with legendary abilities a the smithy, and Torkstania whom are headed by the Don and are ruthless warriors and tacticians whom have kept the city itself independent.

This story starts one day in the continent of Ilyccia, at Imperial Capital of Zaphias. It is a rather hot and steaming day in the city and many are complaining about hoodlums whom are going about the noble sector breaking the blastia or forcing repairs to be made. However in the lower district there have been cases of blastia being stolen as well which is usual given the area is so closely knit together. The nobles blame the lower sector but the knights refuse to look down there in mass without evidence since the lower sector itself is in trouble. Regardless of the blastia situation the majority of the people in the city are as usual pedaling goods and making their livings as they usually do. However something looms on the horizon that will not bode well for the imperials....

1. No high level characters off the bat this will be sort of like a dungeons and dragons sort of setting where the farther we go the stronger we get. Most of us will be using rather poor or plain weapons that are common. Like in the game you can buy and gain weapons later.
2. You may not be a lieutenant or higher rank if you're a member of the imperial knights. Similar rules apply to the Guilds whom will only have newer members out. Most players are encouraged to be simple mercenaries for hire or normal citizens with some form of combat skill or magic skill in the city we start at.
3. GM's word is law what I say goes if you don't like what I have to say you're free to leave.
4. Everyone must have a Bodhi blastia of some sort if you want to use artes. If you don't start with one you should gain one rather quickly in the start of the roleplay.
So yeah should I just end the roleplay?
As Brandon and Izumi finally arrived at their house the light in the sky was practically gone and it seemed that everyone and everything around him were not just another part of the background. Even the owner of his apartment, whom luckily said he didn't mind if his 'cousin' Izumi stayed over for a bit while her parents arrived on a delayed flight from another country. Izumi on the other hand was just glad to be done with everything that the day had given her and was ready to sit down and just have something to snack on if Brandon had food to give that was. Brandon sat down and breathed in deeply, "So let me get this straight....a dangerous and sometimes deadly competition developed by Magoichi Hanabi the CEO of HMTAI called the Sekirei Plan is currently on going and yo-we're a part of it now. There are some hundred sekirei or so wandering around the city and the one you just fought was your first elimination...This is plan is currently on going as a part of the first stage correct? Well I'd think that things would be going a bit faster after two weeks or so of this." Brandon Hunter said as he decided to go get a glass of water for both of them and grabbed a candy bar he'd been saving for later and threw it to Izumi who nibbled at it hungrily. Izumi nodded briefly and politely thanked him for the food. Brandon sat back down and chewed his upper lip. This was getting out of control rather quickly..."I see...well then...this is going to be a lot to take in...so it's you and I against the world I suppose right?" Brandon asked Izumi who stopped eating and sighed. "Yes...as my ashikabi my only wish is that I beat the others...so that I can stay with you. Once a sekirei is beaten and his or her crest taken the sekirei is taken away to a place unknown. Unfortunate but it's the rules of the game set forth by the king. And this first stage will end..." Brandon asked as Izumi breathed in deeply; clearly she was fighting back sleep, As I said it will end when the Sekirei are freed and have found their Ashikabi for winging. This stage ended only when a great number of them have been winged."
"Let's just leave it at this then. You aren't familiar with my organization, and vice versa on your end. I have no interest in keeping people against their will unless they're enemies of the state. My job is to protect the people not destroy them. I've known plenty of individuals who'd rather wipe each other out than shake hands and play nice. I don't intend on following that path. Regardless of what's going on here we're all affiliated in someway to Earth which is the reason I'm actually letting you near the Sundown. Space fairing people haven't been exactly kind to people like us naturals from Earth." Paul said wanting to gag at his own comments but it was what he was taught to say to people in this situation. The overwhelming pro-natural factions are Earth's majority and thus were elected. He followed their orders but only because his father had told him to do so. And because of his comrades. "You can come out now Beta, and SIGMA watch them if they do something funny you have my orders to do as you wish. We're not going to come to that though because only brutes bring violence upon themselves and only cowardly tyrants restrict unknowns." Paul stated as Beta Leader grumbled. He wasn't sure why the kid leader was putting on a show for these people. Maybe he was trying to make himself less...militaristic and more aristocratic because he was certainly acting like a dumbass not a soldier. "Think about it this way: If I wanted you dead I wouldn't have made contact with my weapon not smoking from the barrel. Code for hostile patrols is not walk out in the open like an idiot. I'm the one taking the risk here. The worst place for you to bring an enemy suit is in the bay of your mobile suit hanger. If you go berserk in there it will cripple us indefinitely. So don't think of me as some savage I'm more cautious than anything....incoming signal...patching it through." Paul stated as he sent the signal to the nearby friendly forces, if you could call them that, as the Comms Officer Williams appeared once again on the com, "This is Williams Lieutenant! The captain has given good to go on docking forces. First to come in is to be Beta Leader's team then it will be the white suit's, then it will be Mr. Gabriel, also it's nice to meet another gundam pilot from Earth sir! I don't recognize the model but you pilots have made the lives of us soldiers-" Williams started before a blue haired soldier next to her nudged her and she blushed then chuckled. "Anyways then it will be the gundam with Arabic weapons and finally Lieutenant Blackstar will dock. SIGMA Squad's orders are to continue the patrols around here." Williams stated professionally as Paul nodded in looked back at the large citadel prodding from the hill. "That's no doubt man made...Chinese design...." Paul said to himself silently as the Sundown's figure was finally in sight he breathed in easily knowing home was close by even if they were far away. "You heard the lady rack'em and pack'em we're decking with the Sundown!" Paul said as his fellow soldiers grunted while the more blunt members of SIGMA complained about being put on guard duty to themselves. If they knew one thing about this kid he held a tight ass shift not unlike their usual commander at least.
